    Blue heron missing screws

    I've mostly been happy with the things I've bought from this company, except for this one time when I got a blue heron statue that was missing some screws. But, they were quick to send me a replacement, which I really appreciated. It means a lot to me when a company owns up to their mistakes and fixes them. In general, I've had a good experience buying stuff I like at decent prices from them. I also like that I don't have to pay extra for shipping on top of the item costs. That's one of the reasons I keep coming back to order more. Thanks for offering quality products and great service!

    Battery operated tea kettle clock and butterfly comforter

    I recently bought a battery-operated tea kettle clock and a butterfly comforter in white, blue, and yellow from this store, and I'm really happy with the quality of both items. The clock is super cute, but I wish the teaspoon under it moved. Still, it's a good size and adds a nice touch to my kitchen. The butterfly comforter is top-notch, this being the third one I've gotten from this store. My only suggestion would be to have king-size shams available for order with the comforter. But overall, I'm happy with both things I bought.

    Sundress exchange issue

    I recently had a frustrating experience trying to exchange a sundress with this company. I bought a $9.99 sundress, but when it came, it was much smaller than the size chart indicated. I reached out to customer service to ask about getting a larger size, but they told me it would cost $18 for an exchange! It was shocking and disappointing to hear that, I mean why should it cost almost double the original price just to fix their mistake with the sizing. Be careful when ordering from them, their return policy may not be as friendly as you'd expect.

    Graphic pictures in catalog

    I got a catalog from this company recently and was totally surprised to see explicit pictures of sex toys in there. As a parent, I think it's really inappropriate and disturbing. I was grossed out and tossed the catalog right in the trash. That kind of stuff doesn't belong in a catalog that's supposed to be family-friendly. Please think more about what you're putting in your publications because it can really turn customers off.

    Cardinal valance replacement

    I had to reach out to customer service because a Cardinal valance was missing from my order. I was happy with how quickly and smoothly they took care of it. They sent me a replacement right away, which was nice. I actually ended up giving the snowman valance away instead, and the person I gave it to really liked it. Their customer service and how they fixed the problem impressed me. I'll definitely shop with them again.

    I was so excited about the stuff I bought from this company, but man, I was really let down by how they handled keeping me in the loop about my order. The package showed up on time, but the items were way smaller than I thought they'd be. Still, everything I ordered was there and the quality was top-notch. But then I found out my order got canceled out of the blue, with no heads up at all. I had to keep calling to finally find out why, and even then, I didn't get much of an explanation. That lack of transparency just ain't cool and could really turn off some customers in the long haul.

    I usually send a check to place an order, but this time I decided to give them a call instead. The person who picked up knew who I was, which I thought was pretty strange. Every time I tried to tell them what I wanted to order, they kept cutting me off to pitch me more stuff. When I tried to pay using my debit card from my bank, they told me it wouldn't go through. I knew there was money in there since I just used it at a store. So, I tried my Visa credit card next, but they said that wouldn't work either. Clearly, there was some issue on their end. I was so frustrated that I ended up just canceling my order.
