Chessboard purchase
I bought a chessboard from this company and it's been a really bad experience. I placed the order and paid right away, but I haven't gotten any updates on the delivery and it's been delayed. It's super frustrating to pay for something and not get it on time. The fact that this company isn't keeping their end of the deal is disappointing and unprofessional. I just want to get what I paid for in a reasonable amount of time, but this company isn't coming through.

Defective Product
I just bought something from this company and it ended up being messed up. I was bummed because it wasn't the best quality, and I didn't want to go through the trouble of sending it back. So, I called them up to let them know how frustrated I was. But, to my surprise, they gave me a refund right away, no questions asked. Now that's what I call great customer service! I couldn't believe how smoothly they handled everything. I'm really impressed and will for sure be a repeat customer in the future.

Perfect print quality
The print quality is seriously impressive and the matte finish I chose is just beautiful. I'm beyond thrilled with how they came out. The delivery was quick and the customer service was fantastic. They even sent me proofs through email before shipping my order to double-check everything looked great. I'll definitely be coming back as a regular customer.

Discount Policy
Their shipping policy is so tricky, it feels like they're pulling a fast one. I mean, who's really going to drop $125 just to dodge shipping fees? And let's not even go there with their supposed discounts for students, nurses, doctors, and military. It's laughable. Dealing with customer service was a total disaster, I might as well have been chatting with a robot.
