    Mixed results — worth a cautious try

    it’s a mixed bag, so don’t go in expecting miracles. I bought a batch of leads and honestly I was skeptical from the start — figured some would be off, but still hoped for a few useful ones. Long story short: I disputed ten leads, they credited four and denied six. Of those six, three people I actually called said they never requested anything and called it spam. I appealed, but the denials stood. When I talked with a manager they basically said to expect noise — pay for some bad ones because the good ones should make up for it. That part rang true to me, sort of: out of the whole pile maybe one was “almost” useful, several were blind (no answer), and a bunch were just out of scope. The company’s stance is they can’t always verify claims because of staffing, so credits aren’t guaranteed. My take: if you plan for this — set a small test budget, call immediately, and don’t treat these as warm, vetted referrals — you might get enough decent contacts to justify it. If you want perfect filtering or strong verification, this isn’t it. But if you’re willing to work the list fast and be picky, it can be worth the gamble. My advice to others: start small, keep records, and don’t rely on credits to make the math work for you.

    Small-business headache (and a tiny win)

    “can’t cancel” from one side, outsourced to another. Pretty annoying. After a bunch of back-and-forth, a trip to the state website, and probably too many “are you there?” emails, I finally got confirmation the subscription was ended and my card won’t be charged again. It took more effort than it should have, and customer service could be a lot warmer, but at least I didn’t lose the money forever. So, skeptical -> annoyed -> mildly relieved. Won’t recommend for someone who wants easy, hands-off service, but if you’re stubborn like me, you can make it work.
