    Surprisingly useful find

I stumbled onto this site last week when I needed quick legal advice. I mean, I was skeptical at first, but the chat felt easy to use and connected me to someone fast. The whole thing feels informal, slightly rough around the edges, but honest — I kept clicking around, found what I needed, and felt more confident after. Not perfect, but definitely worth a try, too.

    Sketchy matching, beware

I tried their lawyer finder and felt uneasy. Chats that were supposed to be private turned out to be shared, or at least that's what it felt like. No clear way to complain. I ended up switching to AVVO and got a real match, so not all lost. Wish they'd be upfront about data use. If you try it, don't dump personal info until you're sure and take care.

Weird referral, but it worked out

I went with this referral service last month when I needed a lawyer, and at first it was a mess. Phone calls just dropped or went nowhere, and an email bounced back — had me thinking it was a scam. I kept at it though, called a few times over two days, and finally got through to someone who knew what they were doing. Still annoyed by the dead-end start, but in the end they did connect me to a decent lawyer, mixed feelings.

    Referral felt off

Right after I clicked the Nolo referral, things went sideways. The firm on paper looked legit — clean site, some decent reviews — so I even tipped a coworker to call, but when we rang they acted like they’d never heard of the referral or me. Calls would drop or just hang up, and my emails bounced back saying the address didn’t exist. I can’t call it fraud for sure, but it’s frustrating and unreliable. Might work for others, but I wouldn’t share sensitive info.

    Skeptic turned semi-fan

I get quick answers, my coffee stays warm, and my workflow actually improved. So yeah, doubts didn't vanish completely, but it's useful enough to keep using most days.

    A small relief

It was a rainy Tuesday and the chatbot kept insisting it was a person. I almost walked away. I didn’t, because I use this for my morning routine — timers, quick reminders and the commute checklist. After a bit a real agent jumped in and actually fixed my settings. That’s the moment I knew I was satisfied. Simple, honest, fast. The bot still sounds robotic sometimes, but day-to-day it works and saves me time. Not perfect, but good enough for daily use.

    Referral wording made me pause

I'll never forget opening that first referral — it literally started with "I is looking for representation." I mean, who proofreads this? For a minute I felt like a fool since you can't change the info they send to attorneys. I complained and, surprisingly, customer service actually fixed the details and was pretty responsive. The lawyer contacts were delivered fast after that. So yeah, be cautious, double-check stuff up front and ask for a preview if you can. It ended up okay.

    Referral hiccup, partly fixed

I needed a lawyer for a messy landlord dispute and I was hesitant to use a referral service — long story. First, they sent two different attorney requests and both started with "I is looking for representation." I mean, seriously? That detail made me pause, I almost backed out. Support eventually corrected one submission after I called, so some worries faded, but I couldn't change what had already been sent and that left me annoyed. Useful overall but sloppy in places; be careful still.

    Misplaced trust

important emails weren't forwarded, updates were sparse, and I was left guessing about next steps. The staff seemed either overwhelmed or not coordinated; forms and questions didn't make it to Damian, so responses were slow or missing. When I pushed, his reaction leaned toward anger and being defensive instead of calm explanations, which is not what you want with legal stuff. Legal terms were hardly explained — I had to ask several times and still got half-answers. That created unnecessary stress, and that costs more than money. Maybe he's competent, maybe good in court, I can't say — I can only report the client-side experience: sloppy, unprofessional, frustrating. I've used other firms that called back; courtesies matter. I won't recommend him.

    Finally got a little closure

It started when a coworker sent me a link to this site — I was skeptical but went ahead. They connected me with a local law office that ended up giving me headaches and promises that didn’t pan out. I called, I emailed, I pushed, and honestly I almost gave up. The turn came the day the billing person actually confirmed a refund and scheduled it — relief hit me then, really. Still, the back-and-forth and the vague answers left a sour taste. I’m glad it worked out in the end, and kinda surprised it did, but I’d warn others to watch every step and keep receipts. If you get involved, document everything and don’t trust vague timelines, seriously.

Hard start, but I got my money back

document everything, don’t let them ghost you, and be ready to escalate. I’d use them again only if I had no better options and stayed on top of things.

    Wrong pick for me

I hired Damian Nash after the attorney I wanted wasn’t taking new clients. Thought it would be fine, but it turned into a lesson in patience — and poor communication. Emails didn’t reach him, messages seemed to vanish, and staff didn’t pass things along. When I tried to get updates, his responses were short, defensive, sometimes outright irritated. It made me feel like I was pestering someone who didn’t want to be bothered. For a lawyer, clear explanations and steady updates are basic; instead I got radio silence and attitude. As a small business owner I get busy too, but I still answer clients — that’s just how it goes. If you hire him, insist on written timelines and confirm receipt of every email, otherwise you’ll be guessing. I had to escalate elsewhere. Not a fan, would not recommend, and honestly expected more courtesy and clarity for the fee. Lesson learned, now moving on.

    Scam warning

Warning! Be careful with this company! They say they offer legal services, but all they really do is swipe your personal info and disappear. Don't get tricked, it's a complete scam. Stay away no matter what.

    Waste of money

I can't even believe how terrible that lead referral program turned out to be. I spent a ton of money and got absolutely nothing in return - not one good lead. And to top it off, the majority of the leads were practically impossible to even reach. And can you believe that every time I asked for a refund, they flat out said no? There was this one lead who straight up told me she was just looking for info because she was mad, not because she was genuinely interested. I honestly feel like I got ripped off big time.

    Leads for loans

I can't stand these people! They keep sending me spam emails and sharing my info with bankruptcy lawyers. Like, seriously, why would they do that? And don't even get me started on their customer service, it's so terrible. I heard they're owned by some company called KKR, no wonder! I spend a ton of money with them every month, but it's a constant battle to get them to stop spamming me. Ugh, it's so frustrating!

    Legal software

I've gotta say, I've been really impressed with the legal software products I've bought from this company. The content is super clear and easy to follow, even for someone like me who's not a legal pro. But I gotta admit, I'm a Mac user and I wish there was more support for Mac OSX compatibility. It feels like I'm missing out on some of the features I paid for. Nowadays, with tech being so important, companies gotta make sure their products work with popular operating systems like Mac OSX if they want to keep up in the market.

    Misleading sales pitch

Jimmy Le, the sales representative, totally lied to us with fake promises. When we tried to talk about our issues, he ghosted us. The leads we got were awful - from folks who didn't even need a lawyer. We spent so much time arguing about these leads and asking for our money back, but only got half of them refunded. And the process for appealing denied refunds was a joke - they didn't even give a reason for saying no. Save yourself the trouble and skip this place.

    Subscription service evaluation

My office just signed up for an online legal service for 5 months, but it didn't go well. The leads we got were mostly unresponsive and seemed more into getting free legal advice right away instead of having a real consultation. This made it hard for us to find potential clients and ended up just wasting our time and resources. Plus, dealing with their customer service was terrible. Every time we reached out for help, we were met with rude and unhelpful reps who wanted to get off the phone as fast as they could. Dealing with this over and over left us feeling frustrated and unhappy with the service overall.

    Lawyer representation

I can't believe how bold this company is! They sent out requests for representation with grammatical errors like "I is looking for representation." Are you kidding me? Just a heads up, once they send out your referral information, you can't change it and might end up looking silly. I'm speaking from personal experience as an educated individual!

    Paid for 20 reviews

As a lawyer who's been around the block, let me tell you, the service I got from this company was just plain awful. I shelled out for 20 reviews, but turns out it was all a big waste of cash. Not one of those reviews was legit or even useful. And don't even get me started on the customer service - most of the time, my calls went unanswered, emails were straight up ignored, or they just hung up on me. It's a real shame to see a company stoop so low, especially one that should be all about ethics and honesty.
