I definitely recommend avoiding buying from this company because they sell faulty underwear. It's really frustrating to wait 2 weeks for your order to show up and then discover that it's defective in some way. International flight booking with connecting flights
I booked this international flight with connecting flights, and let me tell you, the first part was fine but the second part was a mess. Thanks to some bad weather, we got re-routed to a whole different city, making the journey longer and more annoying. When we finally made it to the connecting airport, there were problems with our tickets and we couldn't get on the next flight to where we needed to go. The airline didn't want to help us buy new tickets at first, which just made everything even more aggravating and stressful. Luckily, after a few hours, another airline came to the rescue and got us to our final destination.

Neon floral trousers, ill-fitting wine evening dress
The neon floral pants I ordered were totally unexpected - I was thinking I'd get regular colors, but they surprised me with neon. The wine evening gown was gorgeous, but it didn't fit right and the fabric started looking rough and worn out on the butt after a year of wearing it all the time. Plus, the dress didn't stay close enough to my chest so my nipples kept on slipping out.

Concert ticket purchase
The concert was amazing! The bands killed it, and the lighting and sound quality were top-notch. But the meet and greet afterward? Total letdown. We were told the band would come back out, but they got kicked out of the venue. Big bummer. On a brighter note, the person selling Loveless merch was fantastic. They really stood out and deserve some credit.

I ordered from Kidsroom and it was awesome! I got a crib, ISOFIX for my car, and some accessories and they all came in perfect condition. Recent clothing purchase
I bought some clothes recently and I gotta say, I was pretty let down by about 60% of them. The fabric was terrible on some and they didn't even fit right. So, I tried to return one that didn't fit, still had the tags on and everything, but they told me all I could get was store credit, not my money back on my card. That's just not cool and honestly makes me think twice about sticking with this brand.

Heated jacket purchase
I just got this heated jacket and it was really great quality and worked awesome. But then, after wearing it a few times, the button suddenly stopped working and that was a real pain for me. I decided to contact customer service and they took care of it super fast and did a really good job. They offered to send me a new jacket without me having to jump through any hoops, which I thought was really nice of them. The customer service folks were so friendly, helpful, and really went out of their way to make sure I was happy. I'm definitely going to keep buying stuff from them because of the amazing service they provided.

Clothing quality and design
It's really sad to see how the quality and styles of the clothes have gone downhill over the years. They used to be so nice, with classy designs that were totally worth the money. But now, it's like the quality has dropped and the designs are just not good at all. It's so disappointing to see a brand lose its touch like this. I used to love shopping here all the time, but now I can't bring myself to do it with the high prices and low quality.

I bought some shoes from Neiman Marcus the other day. But when they didn't fit right, I decided to return them. I followed all the steps they told me to do and sent the shoes back. They processed my return and gave me a refund pretty quickly. But then I saw that they took the money out of my account again. When I asked customer service about it, they said it had to do with FedEx and the weight of the package. But the warehouse in Texas already got my return and gave me my money back. So why did they take it from my account again with no explanation? It's frustrating and disappointing that a big store like Neiman Marcus is giving me this hassle.

The in-flight shopping experience was a total disaster. The system conveniently broke down as soon as I entered my credit card info. Blue light reading glasses
I don't usually write reviews, but I had to talk about my experience with these blue light reading glasses. I ended up buying three pairs and boy, let me tell ya, it was a wild ride. The first pair was alright, can't complain about that. But those flimsy frames couldn't handle much and broke faster than a heart in a high school drama. Now, onto the other two pairs - where do I even start? The lenses were a mess - I had to practically press my face against my laptop screen just to see properly, which is definitely not my idea of a good time. To sell me poorly made products and then not make it right is just plain disrespectful. Luckily, I got those two losers on sale, so at least I didn't spend a ton on them.

Scotch gift for husband
I bought my husband a bottle of scotch as a gift, but the shipping took forever and when it finally arrived, it was all dented up. The bottle was supposed to be in a protective tin, but somehow it got squished. I managed to fix it, but I was pretty disappointed. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.
