Designer handbag
Neiman Marcus really let me down. I treated myself to a fancy designer handbag, thinking I'd get top-notch quality and service, but it was quite the opposite. The whole ordering process was a mess, with their website full of delays and errors. The customer service wasn't great either - the reps seemed more focused on selling me more stuff than actually helping me out. And the prices? Yikes. It felt like I was paying more for the brand name than the actual product. And then the delivery? Ugh, it took forever with zero updates. All in all, a major bummer of an experience.
Black dress
Oh my gosh, I found the most adorable black dress at this fancy store! It was so shiny and sparkly, and when I tried it on, I felt like a princess! The store was really big and had a ton of cool stuff, but the dress was definitely my favorite. The lady who helped me was so nice and even brought me some fancy juice to sip on while I was trying it on. I felt like a total movie star! The only downside was that it was a little pricey, but I think it was totally worth it!
