Totally worth it, even if my wallet still grumbles. I treated myself because I hurt my back moving last week and needed comfort food. First time eating here. Wagyu burger with all the fixings and a salad. Price is steep. Service was friendly though. I’ll go back, maybe.
Wrong door, quick fix
We went to an Admission Day luncheon with my brother-in-law and his wife. Used the elevator street entrance and missed the tiny sign about the front door. A server noticed, waved us over and pointed us the right way. Felt a bit awkward, but they handled it fine.
Same store, different vibe
I stopped by on a weekday — been coming for years — and noticed staff less...professional, they dress kind of like streetwear and the attitudes have slipped. I still grab lunch and a few work essentials here, so it’s handy, but the service is getting a bit tiring, honestly.
Late-morning find
I popped in late, thinking I'd just browse, and the second I found a simple everyday mug that fits my morning routine, I knew I was happy. I walked over from the public lot by Crate and Barrel — weather was nice, valet's available but I liked the extra steps, honestly
The $800 surprise that finally flipped
keep screenshots and be patient.
Small discovery
I was halfway through a hectic morning when a friend tipped me off to this brand. Unboxed it at lunch — feels solid, not flimsy, fits nicely in hand and worked exactly as I needed for daily use. Website was clunky, and I had a shipping hiccup, but overall relieved it’s good.
Big shoes, small mercy
Bought these as a "final sale" and, uh, they were basically clown shoes—way bigger than the size on the box. Delivery showed up on time and well packaged, but customer service wouldn't budge on the final-sale rule, even after I pointed out the defect. Had returns accepted elsewhere, so that stung.
Service saved my lunch
Ordered lunch for work—bisque too salty, mashed potatoes also over-salted, popovers arrived cool. Delivery was on time and staff actually refunded one item. They even followed up by email, so I’ll keep ordering, well, for busy days.
Back after years
I came back after decades and ordered online last month — first impression was mixed. Delivery arrived faster than I expected, though the box was a bit squashed. Customer service was really helpful when I asked about a return, polite and quick. Clothes aren't exactly what I remembered, but they work.
Says in stock, isn't
I spotted their ad while scrolling Instagram and told my roommate. Placed two orders and both times got a later sorry-email saying the item isn't actually in stock — yet it's still live on the site. Feels sloppy, like no inventory system. The site looks okay and prices aren't bad, but trust took a hit. Won't rush to reorder.
Held back but tried it
I almost didn't hit buy — I had that gut feeling from other sketchy sites. They did mess with refunds and sent new tracking numbers before anything shipped, and support just kept apologizing without answers. Still, after annoying back-and-forth my package finally showed up, so I'm honestly relieved, but yeah, really not great.
Last-minute relief
cummerbund fit fine, material felt decent. Customer service was slow at first, a bit generic, but they eventually shipped the missing cufflinks and sent a tracking number. I felt satisfied when the pair arrived two days before the event. Not flawless, but it worked out.
Mid-scone realization
cozy, slightly theatrical.
Early delivery, pleasant surprise
I actually laughed when the box showed up two days early — perfect timing for my weekend plans. The jacket's been in heavy rotation for commuting and quick errands; fits fine and looks sharp. Had a small hiccup with a return question, but customer service sorted it after a couple calls and was polite — not flawless but decent. Glad it worked out.
Tip led me here
So there I was, half-listening to my roommate rave about this site when a friend texted a screenshot of a deal — I almost didn’t buy because reviews looked iffy. Tracking moved for a day, then radio silence. A week later they emailed a delay to Sept 1 and now say "cancel or wait" indefinitely. I canceled and still no clear refund or real apology. Kinda bummed.
Not worth the gamble
one item did show up intact, which surprised me. Overall, I wouldn't trust them again.
Nice scent, shaky service
It arrived in a pretty box, felt luxe in hand, and the scent is pleasant on my skin — soft, not overpowering — but it disappeared by late afternoon. Trying to sort it out with customer service was a mess (hung up twice), so it’s usable but the whole buying part? Wouldn’t risk a gift.
When it finally got squared away
I ordered a pricey piece last month and opened it right away. First impression was good — nice packaging, felt premium. A week later I returned it through their label and it seemed to vanish. After some back-and-forth I was pleasantly surprised by a rep who actually tracked it down. The refund posted after a couple of calls, which is when I finally relaxed. Small hassle, but their follow-up turned the whole thing around, and faster than I expected.
One missing, rest actually nice
sweater is cozy, fabric has weight, shoes fit without drama. I sat on hold way too long (yes, repeat holds), but they did finally issue a credit. I was ready to ditch them after past sketchy experiences with other retailers, but honestly it turned from annoyed to okay — annoying hassle, not a total disaster.
Wrong item worry, fixed
I almost didn't order. After getting the wrong skirt once I was wary. I asked questions and hesitated for days. Still, I needed something casual for work and weekends, so I took the risk. This time the package actually matched the photo, fits fine and the fabric is okay for daily errands and office casual. It isn't perfect, small loose stitch, but I'm honestly relieved. Customer service replied and helped track it. I like that it worked out after all. I'll buy again but cautiously.

Designer dress
The selection at Neiman Marcus is super fancy, but the prices are just way too high. I recently bought a designer dress for a special event, and even though the quality was grea... Read onBy: concepcion
