Makeup brushes set purchase
So, I came across some mixed reviews but decided to take a chance and order a makeup brushes set. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived just a week later, which is pretty fast considering I'm in the US. The brushes were totally worth the price I paid - great quality. The only downside was that the packaging was a little squished with no protective tissue paper or bubble wrap. Kind of a bummer since it would've been perfect for gifting. But honestly, besides that one hiccup, I have nothing to complain about.
Juicy tubes purchase
I was kinda nervous about ordering because of the reviews, but I really wanted my juicy tubes. They're tough to come by and pricey here. Even though the prices were way higher than other sites, I took a risk and ordered €100 worth of stuff. I was shocked when the package showed up at my door in just 5 days, right in the middle of the crazy Christmas season. The first tracking link they sent me was a 404 page, which freaked me out, but it all turned out fine in the end.

I had a great experience with Feelunique. Even though I messed up my order twice, their customer service was quick to issue me a refund. When I finally got the right items, I chose premier delivery and was surprised it came the very next day. The terre d’Hermes au givree gift set is beautiful, and the Wow style on steroid spray works wonders for curling my hair.
Quick delivery, nicely packaged
The delivery was super fast, and the stuff came looking all nice in their original packaging. I've had problems before with slow mail, but this time everything was right on time and got here just when they said it would. I really admire how efficient the seller is and can't blame them for any postal hold-ups. I definitely recommend them!
Bought perfume
I used to really enjoy shopping at this store, but man, the prices for perfume have just gone through the roof! I used to be able to score some great deals here, but now it feels like the prices have skyrocketed! I'm not sure if I'll be back here again, which is a shame because this used to be my go-to spot for shopping.
Recent order experience
I recently bought something from this online store and the dang package went missing on its way to me. I tried hitting them up multiple times about this, but didn't hear back for a whole week. Man, I was so annoyed with how they weren't keeping me in the loop and helping me out. Eventually, after bugging them a bunch more, they finally got back to me and sent out a new package to make things right. I'm glad they finally sorted things out, but the lack of response at first really bugged me and made me feel like they didn't care about me as a customer.
Faulty product issue
I had a problem with something I bought, so I went online to chat for help. Luckily, the person I talked to, Bhavini, was super helpful and fixed everything quickly. They were really good at explaining things and made me feel better about getting help in the future. Thanks a lot, Bhavini! 😊

I am not the regular customer, i used this one as my sister asked me to . But i feel its way better than my cosmetics or the brand i am using. much natural and healthy on skin
Lipstick Purchase
As a loyal customer, I've always ordered my lipsticks from your site. But recently, I was bummed to see that you've stopped shipping to Norway without any heads up. This lack of communication has left me and other Norwegian customers confused and annoyed. And to top it off, not being able to chat with customer service just makes things more inconvenient. I really hope Feelunique can fix this soon and explain why they stopped shipping to Norway.
