Damaged order
I bought a messed-up make-up palette from these strange people, and when I told them about it, they barely did anything to help. They offered me a discount for a broken item, as if it was my fault it got here like that. Then, when I asked for my money back and for them to cover the cost of shipping it back, they actually wanted me to pay more for their mistake! Absolutely crazy! And when I tried to voice my complaint further, they dismissed me with a dumb customer service survey. They just brushed off my problem like it wasn't a big deal. I definitely won't be dealing with them again!
Item not received
I ordered something a few weeks back and still haven't gotten it. I've tried reaching out to customer service multiple times through email and social media but got no response at all. It's really frustrating and disappointing to be ignored like this. The lack of communication and professionalism is just not acceptable. I'm done with this company, never ordering from them again.
Wrong product sent, poor packaging
I recently bought something from this online store, and man, let me tell you, I was super bummed out with how it all went down. First off, they shipped me the wrong item, and to make things worse, it was cheaper than what I actually paid for. They didn't even bother telling me or giving me a heads up that it was out of stock. And on top of that, the packaging was so flimsy that it leaked everywhere. Ugh, the lack of care and customer service is totally not cool.
Eyeshadow palette purchase
My first time ordering from Feelunique sucked. I got an eyeshadow palette with some of the eyeshadow all messed up, so I took a picture and reached out to customer service. Instead of helping me out, they just gave me a £10 voucher and told me to keep the messed-up palette. I waited days for a response, but didn't get any more help. I suggest looking into other places to shop instead.
Bought perfume
I used to really enjoy shopping at this store, but man, the prices for perfume have just gone through the roof! I used to be able to score some great deals here, but now it feels like the prices have skyrocketed! I'm not sure if I'll be back here again, which is a shame because this used to be my go-to spot for shopping.
Mermaid sparkle unicorn hair spray
Oh my goodness, I can't even handle how awesome this mermaid sparkle unicorn hair spray is! It smells like a delicious mix of cupcakes and rainbows! The glitter is perfect and my hair looks absolutely magical! I am completely obsessed with it and will definitely be getting more. Thank you so much!
Makeup brushes set purchase
So, I came across some mixed reviews but decided to take a chance and order a makeup brushes set. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived just a week later, which is pretty fast considering I'm in the US. The brushes were totally worth the price I paid - great quality. The only downside was that the packaging was a little squished with no protective tissue paper or bubble wrap. Kind of a bummer since it would've been perfect for gifting. But honestly, besides that one hiccup, I have nothing to complain about.
Missing item
I'm so frustrated because I ordered something and it wasn't included in my package. I've been trying to reach out to them for so long, but still no reply. Where is my item? Ugh.
Skincare products
I've been a loyal customer on this website for a while now and have made a bunch of purchases in the past. But man, my most recent interaction with the customer service team was just awful. I got a package that was all messed up, and one of the things I ordered, a facial toner, was broken and leaking everywhere. I reached out to the customer service folks through email right away and even sent them some pics of the busted product. But the response I got back was just so shocking and totally not okay. Instead of offering to replace it or give me a refund, the lady I talked to accused me of messing with the product on purpose. Like, seriously? It's crazy to think that I'd fake this whole thing for a toner that's not even that expensive compared to my whole order. This whole situation really let me down and now I'm not sure I want to buy anything from this website again.
Quick delivery, nicely packaged
The delivery was super fast, and the stuff came looking all nice in their original packaging. I've had problems before with slow mail, but this time everything was right on time and got here just when they said it would. I really admire how efficient the seller is and can't blame them for any postal hold-ups. I definitely recommend them!
Incorrect item received, no update on correct items
I seriously suggest that anyone thinking about buying from this website to think twice. They not only sent me the wrong item, but they haven't told me when the correct one will be sent. Their customer service is awful, all I get are generic emails that don't help at all. It's been two weeks since I got the wrong item, and I still don't know what's going on with my order. This kind of mess is not okay for a company that says they care about customers. I recommend going somewhere else for beauty stuff to avoid the annoyances and letdowns I've been dealing with.
One empty box
So, I got this thing from a store and when it got here, it was literally just an EMPTY BOX! Can you believe it? Like, what in the world am I supposed to do with a box that's empty? I was super irritated, even took some pics and a video to show them how the box was completely empty, but all they said was, "Oh sorry, is your order messed up?" Um, no, it's not messed up, it's just NOT THERE! And then, they didn't even bother to email me back after that. So rude, right? I tried to get my money back through Amex but no luck there either. And dealing with Amazon to fix this mess is taking forever. Ugh, why does this have to be so difficult? I stumbled upon Trustpilot and it looks like at least someone is paying attention there. I'm still stuck with this dumb empty box, seriously, what am I even supposed to do with it?
Kayali Vanilla perfume
I've ordered from this site in the past and my experiences have been hit or miss. Typically, it takes a bit for my order to show up, but it does eventually. This time, I decided to try the Kayali Vanilla perfume, but it's been a letdown. My order number is FN76917398, and even after reaching out to customer service a few times, I haven't heard back. Every time I check on my order, it's just kind of stuck and not moving forward. I'm really annoyed now and just want my money back ASAP.
Recent order experience
I recently bought something from this online store and the dang package went missing on its way to me. I tried hitting them up multiple times about this, but didn't hear back for a whole week. Man, I was so annoyed with how they weren't keeping me in the loop and helping me out. Eventually, after bugging them a bunch more, they finally got back to me and sent out a new package to make things right. I'm glad they finally sorted things out, but the lack of response at first really bugged me and made me feel like they didn't care about me as a customer.
Makeup purchase
Man, I had a terrible time with that makeup store. I ordered some things online, but when I got them, I didn't like them at all. So, I sent everything back. It's been about two weeks since they got it, and they still haven't said anything to me. When I reached out to them, they acted clueless, like they had no idea what package I was talking about. I mean, come on, I sent it back, obviously! They were really shady about the whole thing and refused to refund my money. I had to get PayPal involved to finally get my money back. What a pain!
Juicy tubes purchase
I was kinda nervous about ordering because of the reviews, but I really wanted my juicy tubes. They're tough to come by and pricey here. Even though the prices were way higher than other sites, I took a risk and ordered €100 worth of stuff. I was shocked when the package showed up at my door in just 5 days, right in the middle of the crazy Christmas season. The first tracking link they sent me was a 404 page, which freaked me out, but it all turned out fine in the end.

When I finally got the right items, I chose premier delivery and was surprised it came the very next day. Faulty product issue

Lipstick Purchase
As a loyal customer, I've always ordered my lipsticks from your site. But recently, I was bummed to see that you've stopped shipping to Norway without any heads up. This lack of communication has left me and other Norwegian customers confused and annoyed. And to top it off, not being able to chat with customer service just makes things more inconvenient. I really hope Feelunique can fix this soon and explain why they stopped shipping to Norway.
