Nitro Black Intense by Dumont, FragranceX purchase
I just had my first experience shopping with FragranceX and I have to say, I'm really impressed. At first, I was a bit unsure about ordering Nitro Black Intense by Dumont from the United Kingdom since I couldn't find it anywhere else, but FragranceX had it for a good price of 25£. After thinking it over for a few days, I decided to go for it. The whole ordering process went smoothly and I got a tracking number just 2 hours after my purchase. The fragrance arrived all the way from the USA in just 5 days, which was super fast. I was happy to see that the fragrance was definitely real and in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend giving FragranceX a try if you want to shop with peace of mind.
Perfume order from FragranceX
My experience with FragranceX was a little rough because of some communication problems and my order arriving later than expected. I placed my order for perfumes on May 5th, and was told they would arrive between May 9th and 17th. Unfortunately, they didn't show up until May 23rd, which was a total of 18 days later. It was frustrating not getting updates on where my package was during shipping. Even though FragranceX offers real perfumes at good prices, they could do better with keeping customers in the loop and getting orders out on time.
Sought-after spray
I've been searching for this spray for a while now, and I was so excited to finally find it on FragranceX. The website was easy to use, and I quickly found what I was looking for. I've been buying from FragranceX for a while now, and I always get BOD sprays that I can't find in the UK. The scents take me back to my vacation in Florida, and I enjoy having that reminder. Product refund issue
I had a really bad experience with FragranceX recently. I bought something, they charged me, and then a few days later they refunded me without saying why. Because of that, I lost money when the exchange rate changed. I think they're either a scam or just really badly run, but either way, I don't think they're worth the risk.

Broken perfume bottle return
I recently bought two perfumes from FragranceX in December. Unfortunately, one of the bottles came broken. I returned it right away for a refund, but it's now been more than a month since January and I still haven't gotten my money back. I've reached out to them several times via email, but they keep giving me false info and excuses. They say they're still waiting for the return to reach their depot, even though I have proof that they got it on January 15th. It's really frustrating to deal with such bad customer service and lack of responsibility. I won't be shopping with them again.
My online perfume order
I ordered some perfume online and I was really looking forward to getting it, but it took over two weeks to arrive. I mean, what's going on with that? I kept waiting and waiting, not knowing when it would show up. It was frustrating not being able to find out which courier they used for deliveries in South Africa. I was starting to get kinda disappointed, you know?
Late delivery
I recently bought something from this website and man, talk about a letdown with the service I got. I placed my order on May 1st and they said it would be here by May 12th. Well, it's been 2 days past that date and still no package. So, I reached out to customer service and they said the order was given to the courier and handed me a tracking number. But when I checked, there was no info on the courier's tracking page using that number. And to top it off, they're silent on social media when people have issues. This whole thing has me feeling pretty upset and ripped off. I'd suggest others steer clear of this site to save their money.

I ordered this perfume from FragranceX and I was so excited, but man, it took forever to get here! I mean, like, 19 days! That's like almost three whole weeks! They kept telling me they were talking to the delivery folks, but nothing changed. It was seriously frustrating!
