Gift with order not available
I was really bummed out that the free gift offer wasn't available anymore when I placed my order. It had only started less than a day before, so I felt like I missed out unfairly. I was so excited to try the product and maybe buy it later on. Even though I was disappointed, I decided to contact SkinCareRX customer service to let them know how I felt.<br><br> To my surprise, they got back to me super fast and sorted out my issue. Their customer service team was really understanding and went above and beyond to make things right. I was really grateful for their help, and it made me feel like a valued customer. Because of their great service, I'll definitely keep ordering from SkinCareRX in the future and stock up on my favorite products.

I've been a loyal customer of SkinCareRx for a while now, and I have to say, I'm really impressed with all the products and deals they have on their website. Let me tell you, I thought I was getting the real deal ordering my skincare products off Amazon, but man was I wrong. Turns out, I was using knockoffs that did nothing for my skin. I was happy when I first bought something from SkinCareRX, but then they tried to trick me with a $10 cashback offer that was actually just a way to get me to sign up for a paid promotional service. I don't like companies that use sneaky tactics like that, so I won't be buying from them again after this.

I'm a customer who bought some skincare products from your company recently, and I have to say, my experience hasn't been great. I made the order on April 1st, paid by invoice on the 3rd, but it's already April 17th and I still haven't gotten my stuff. What's even more annoying is I don't have a tracking number, so I have no idea where my order is. This lack of info has made me doubt if this company is legit. I'm really let down by the service I've received.
