Dissatisfactory online experience
I'm really frustrated with this company because my online orders have gone wrong for the second time in six months. Trying to return items has been such a pain, it's almost like they want to make it hard on purpose so people just give up. I'm just really let down by the terrible service and I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.

I recently bought the CT1250 and man, their customer service was super disappointing. I had some questions about a pistol attachment plate and I tried reaching out to their customer service team multiple times, but got zero response after waiting for over 3 weeks. It really bummed me out to feel ignored and kept in the dark, especially when it was about a product I just shelled out money for. In my last message, I even straight up said I'd leave a review if they didn't respond, but still, crickets. It was pretty disappointing to see such a lack of communication and care from a company that talks a big game about customer service. Now, I'm second-guessing the quality of their warranty and how much they really support their customers.

Incorrect size received

Prescriptions, frustrations, delays
I can't believe all the hoops I had to jump through just to get my prescription back on track. Simple Health was completely useless, which just made everything even more irritating. And to top it off, when I tried to add emergency contraception to my order, they said I'd have to wait another 3 months since my prescription had expired. Such a disaster. Definitely wouldn't recommend dealing with this headache.
