Quarter Zip and Texture Dress
The customer service at this store is amazing! They listened to my worries and really went out of their way to fix things. They didn't just give me a store credit, they also made sure to quickly send me a new item to replace the damaged one. The advice they gave me was so helpful and really showed that they know what they're doing and care about their customers.
4 boys T-shirt’s
I have been shopping with Southern Tide for several years. My boys love their clothes and they wash and wear very well. Their shipping is lightening fast-I ordered on Wednesday and received the package on Thursday. Highly recommend this company!
Online order
I just ordered something online from this company's website. When I checked it out initially, it seemed all legit and professional. But then, after I bought it, my credit card let me know that the transaction went down outside of the US. When I tried to cancel my order, I couldn't find a way to reach them directly. The links for "contact us" on their website were dead, so now I'm worried about the safety of my credit card info. I just want to warn others to be careful if they decide to buy stuff from this company.
Dresses
I have bought 6 tops including denim jackets, all size medium and fit perfectly. I purchased dresses size medium and guess what they are huge. I wanted to exchange only 1 of the dresses as it is oversized and I already snipped the tags off. The other I tried to return but because sale I could not return it and "no exchanges" final. I emailed Southern Tide explaining the above and they never responded. I dont care if it is Covid or not. Anyone can send an email.
From a different company I ordered a pair of shorts size 6 and a tshirt in small. The shorts fit perfectly the small tshirt is too small.
My warning is do not buy anything from this company on sale online. You have to try it on.Men Clothing
One of the worst company to order from as there is no customer service. Every time called or did a live chat no one picks up the call, goes to answering machine and then no one ever calls back. Live chat always says will get back to you tomorrow.
