Hat purchase for holiday
I ordered a hat for my vacation more than three weeks ago, but I still haven't gotten it. I've sent two emails asking about my order, but no one's replied. I even tried calling, but there was no one there to help me, just told me to email again. My vacation has already passed, and I'm still waiting for my order. It's really disappointing to pay for something and not get any updates or messages about what's going on.

I bought 2 hats recently and I was really disappointed with the customer service. I tried to register the warranties online, but no matter how many times I filled out the forms and clicked submit, nothing happened. I was frustrated, so I sent several emails through the website form and even tried reaching out to them outside of the site, but didn't get any response. Their lack of communication is unacceptable, making me feel like they don't care about their customers. It's sad to see them treat their supporters like this.
Disintegrating underwear
I recently bought some stuff from this brand, and man, I was so let down. The elastic on the underwear I got just fell apart after a few washes, and the waistband got all stained. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they were a total bust - no help at all, and they wouldn't give me a refund or a new pair. It makes sense now why you don't see this brand in stores anymore.
Jackets for Christmas
I got some really awesome jackets from this store for Christmas. They're so comfy and warm with down and wool lining. But when I had to reach out to their customer service, they never even bothered to respond. I had to return the jackets in December because of this, and it was disappointing because I had to scramble to find other gifts. I ended up buying gifts from a company in the US and one in the UK, and both were well-received. The UK company also had bad customer service, but their products were high-quality, unlike Mountain Warehouse.
Quick-drying, durable pants
I love these pants I bought! They're super durable and dry fast, which is awesome for when I'm outside. They've been through a bunch of washes and still look great. And the design is really cool - stylish but also really practical. You can tell they put a lot of care into making them.
Delayed delivery
I was kind of let down by how long it took to get my order after I bought it. The website said it would be shipped within 7-10 days, but it actually took almost 3 weeks with weekends and delivery delays. This made me miss out on using the item during my walking trip, and it was a pretty big hassle.
Pants and a hat
Dude, their customer service is seriously the worst! I ordered this pair of pants and a hat, but they sent me the wrong sizes, and trying to get a refund or exchange is a nightmare. I called them up and got a strange goodbye message, and my emails have been completely ignored. It's just so aggravating!
Hidden pocket hat with missing owner manual
I'm really bummed out about companies trying to save money by not including all the stuff you need with their products. I bought a hidden pocket hat from your store, and was pretty shocked that the user manual was missing from the bag. When I called customer service, they just told me to go online to get the info. I think it's pretty messed up that they're not taking care of the small details and putting customers first.
Dress purchase
I just got this dress online, but it turned out to be too big when I got it. So, I reached out to customer service to return it and order a smaller size. They were super quick and efficient, the whole thing took less than 10 days. The dress was really nice too, so I'm thinking about getting more stuff from them. I definitely suggest checking out their products and customer service!
Quick-dry backpack
The ordering process went smoothly, but I was a little disappointed with the email communication. It just didn't have that sense of urgency and empathy that I was hoping for. Waiting 7-10 working days for a basic backpack to arrive seemed like a long time, especially in this day and age. I was really expecting quicker service and more updates on where my order was at in the process.
Lifetime guarantee claim
I recently tried to use the so-called lifetime guarantee for something I bought, but the customer service from this company has been a big letdown. It's been two weeks since I first contacted them, and I still haven't heard back. The first response I got was surprising - they wanted to charge me for service and for postage just to process a claim. And on top of that, they haven't reached out to me since. Needless to say, I'll be shopping somewhere else next time.
Socks
I'm a customer of this company and I gotta say, I'm super disappointed with the way they've been handling things. I bought some socks not too long ago and they never showed up. So I reached out to them about the missing socks and they basically said they think someone stole it off my porch. Like, really? Why would a thief take just three socks and then leave the package behind? It makes no sense. It's like they don't even care about making it right for their customers and that's just not cool at all.
Recent disappointing hat purchase
I recently bought a new winter hat to replace my old one that I lost after having it for 15 years. I ordered it online and was really bummed out by what showed up. It was a total letdown compared to my original hat. The material was flimsy and cheap-looking instead of the cozy wool I was used to. It didn't fit right on my head because the sizing was off. Plus, the color was way off from the black and grey speckled herringbone pattern that I loved about my old hat. Needless to say, I don't think I'll be sticking with this brand that I used to love so much.
Convertible pants
I talked to a customer service rep on the phone from Canada. They were able to answer my questions, but honestly, they were kinda rude and unfriendly. It definitely wasn't the best experience.
Replacement Hemp Hat
I recently had to get a new hat cause my old hemp one was falling apart after years of wear and tear. A buddy suggested I contact customer service even though I didn't have a receipt. So I took some pics, sent them in, and to my surprise, they replaced my hat super fast. Now I'm one happy customer thanks to their awesome service.
Purchase - Three hats
I ordered three hats a while ago, but it's taking way too long for them to arrive. The website said it would ship in 7-10 working days, but it's been 15 already. I just bought a new hat from this company and man, it took forever to get to me. It took over two months from when I first reached out to when I finally got the hat in my hands. I know good things take time, but this was just too long for a simple replacement. Plus, the new hat doesn't even have a lifetime guarantee like I thought it would. That was one of the main reasons I went with this brand in the first place. But hey, I gotta say, the replacement hat itself, the LTM5 Airflo, is actually pretty nice.

Man, what's the deal with this company? They never pick up the phone or reply to emails. It feels like they don't give a dang about their customers. And on top of that, there's no receipt in the package, so good luck if you need to return or exchange something. It's like they're purposely making things hard for you.
Replacement of Cotton Hat
I contacted customer service back on March 28th about my trusty 20-year-old Cotton hat that was starting to show signs of wear with a few little holes. The customer service team got back to me super quick, asked for some pictures and details, and by April 4th, I had a shiny new hat at my doorstep. It was really nice to see a company standing by their lifetime warranty and giving such speedy and helpful service.
