Review about: Pillow Cube
Portable, reliable, love
I'm totally obsessed with my portable pillow cube. It's like a must-have for me every day, I even bring it with me on trips. I've tested out a bunch of pillows before, but none of them even come close to the cozy feeling and support my pillow cube gives me. I love it so much that I went ahead and got a second one, just in case anything happens to my first one. I can't even fathom sleeping without it now.

Secondhand clothing
I've been using thredUP for over ten years now, but lately, I have noticed a significant drop in the quality of service. The amount of money I receive for selling my items has gotten ridiculously low, and it's frustrating that I can't control the prices anymore. What's even worse is that if a customer uses a coupon code, I end up making a lot less. I used to make a good amount of money selling my clothes, but now with the $14.99 fee for every bag and all the discounts and coupons, it's almost impossible to make a decent profit. I recently sent in a bunch of brand new Judy Blue denim jeans, and I only got $12 for over ten pairs - what a rip off! Even a pair of lucky denim in great condition didn't get me a fair payout. After that experience, I've decided to stop selling on thredUP completely, even though I still shop for my kids there. The prices for secondhand clothes are getting way too high, and it's just not worth it for me anymore.

Christmas cards, expedited shipping
I ordered these Christmas cards and let me tell ya, it was a complete disaster! I shelled out extra for faster shipping but you know what? I never even received my cards! I mean, what a rip-off, huh? And to make matters worse, there's no phone number to reach out for assistance. I tried emailing and chatting with them, but it's like talking to a wall. They just don't give a hoot about their customers. Ugh, what a terrible experience!

Oh my gosh, that logo place was amazing! I created my logo with such ease and the download packages had everything I needed for my cards and stickers. It was awesome! I'm still using them a year later and they're still impressing me!

Outdoor club chairs in weatherproof wicker material
I bought six outdoor club chairs that were supposedly made of a weatherproof wicker-like material from the store a while back. Unfortunately, one of the chairs started falling apart in less than two years. When I reached out to customer service for help, they weren't very helpful at all. They refused to do anything about it, saying that their new management policy doesn't cover defective products sold before they took over. On top of that, they decided to cancel all credit card rewards for current customers and gift cards for loyal patrons. These changes have left me really disappointed and not happy with how things are going.

expensive clothes, customer service issue
I bought some expensive clothes not long ago and had a pretty bad customer service situation. I've been waiting ages for a refund, going on four months now, and it's really been getting on my nerves. First, the company said they only got two of the three items I sent back. But after they confirmed they got everything, they still kept saying they'd give me my money back without actually doing it. Water-resistant shoes
These shoes are incredible for keeping water out! I've worn them fishing in freezing Alaskan waters, strolling on sandy California beaches, and even splitting wood in the snow. Turtlenecks purchase
I've been really happy with the stuff I've bought from this store - they always come right on time and are really good quality. The fabrics are great too. I've gotten a lot of compliments on the things I've bought. Only downside was they didn't have a black turtleneck, so I had to go with navy blue instead.
