Property manager
My husband & I thought we had picked the right property management company, woe unto us. We thought the manager we got from All Property Management would be co-operative & hardworking. He would do quarterly walkthroughs and ensure the building was well maintained. Turns out it was the opposite. The company is more concerned about renters than homeowners. We were specific that our home should be pet-free, but turns out the manager allowed dog owners in the home. Dogs would defecate and pee on the lawn and the renters failed to pick their dog piles. In addition, our landscaper had to keep on asking them to leave the sprinklers on so the grass won't be affected by lack of water. We decided to depart from this company because their managers won't have your back as a homeowner and fail on pet protection.
Rental property management
I recently started working with this amazing property management company for my rental property! I've had some not-so-great experiences with other companies before, but Marchant has really been a game-changer. They're extremely professional, always quick to respond, and just a pleasure to work with. And their website is awesome and really user-friendly. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks, Marchant, for simplifying my life so much!
Home rental in Vernon Hills, Illinois
I just moved into a new place in Vernon Hills, Illinois not too long ago, and it's being managed by a real estate company. The house is gorgeous and whenever there's something that needs fixing, the property manager is on it right away. I'd definitely suggest this property manager to anyone who's searching for a new place to rent in the area. Amari and Carin at the front office were especially awesome to deal with.
Property manager search
I highly recommend All Property Management for anyone looking for a property manager. Their website was super easy to use, and getting quotes from verified partners was a breeze. I was really impressed with the property managers they hooked me up with, especially Chase Properties. They're doing a great job managing my property, so now I can travel without stressing about it.
Apartment rental services
They were really fast at getting back to me with all my questions, and they were so accommodating to my needs. The marketing photographer they sent over was just awesome! They really made my old apartment look like a swanky penthouse in Manhattan! I was seriously blown away by their work. I'll definitely be reaching out to them again down the road.
Property management lead quality
The leads we get from this company can be really annoying because they end up being fake or missing important info. It's obvious they need property management services, but they hardly ever reply after the first contact. Even when I follow up quickly, these leads don't usually turn into real business. I think they need to improve how they screen leads to make sure they're actually interested in property management services. Right now, I'd say the service is just okay.
Effective customer service
I am really impressed with the customer service from this company. Their product helps us reach more people, and the customer service is top-notch. Our main contact, Marge, has been amazing. She's always there for us, honest, and goes out of her way to help with any questions or problems we have. Working with this company has been a great experience.
Match-making service
As a property management company, we've found this service to be really useful for connecting property owners and managers. But the range for HOA/COA/APT units is too wide and ends up bringing in a lot of leads that are out of our price range. One thing I'd like to see is more options for designing our APM page.
Recent leads quality
I've been using this service for a few years, and I gotta say, the quality of the leads I'm getting has really gone downhill. It's annoying how they keep asking for all this extra info from users, and won't let them say no to a lead. Plus, their credit policy has gotten stricter, so it's not as appealing to stick with them. I'm checking out other lead providers now, since there are plenty of options out there that are more flexible.
