My time at the race was just okay. The course was tough but fun. However, the organizers dropped the ball when it came to keeping things organized and communicating well. I had trouble getting my race photos and reaching out to customer service. They were totally unresponsive and unhelpful. It was really irritating to feel ignored as a paying customer. I'm not sure I'd want to do another race with this company again.

Resort booking and airport transfer
I thought booking the resort was pretty easy and everything went smoothly. The website kept me informed about my reservation, which was good. Online purchase, missing order, lack of reimbursement
I wanted to share about a recent online purchase I made, and let me tell you, it was a mess. My order never showed up because it got damaged during shipping and was sent back to the store. Dealing with customer service was a total nightmare. They didn't want to resend my order and instead insisted on refunding my credit card. But it's been weeks and I still haven't seen that refund. Every time I call, it's just excuse after excuse and more delays. They even had the nerve to ask me to prove I didn't get refunded by sending them my credit card statements. It's beyond me how they can be this incompetent and not take responsibility. I asked to talk to a manager, but despite being assured a call back, nobody has reached out. And to top it all off, their automated phone system keeps dropping my calls every time I try to talk to a real person. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. Their service is a disaster.
