Looking through the census scans has really helped me get a better sense of how my ancestors lived. I emailed the customer service team to ask about a service I was interested in. Since there's a big time difference between the US and UK, I figured I'd call during UK office hours. When I called, I was connected to a call center in Scotland, which was a nice surprise. The girl who helped me knew a lot about the services and was able to answer all my questions.
