Old Customer
I've been using this thing for a while now, and suddenly my searches ran out. I had to give them a call to find out how many searches I had left. The person on the phone didn't have the answer and told me to call back later. I sent them an email, but got no reply. Then I tried messaging them on Facebook for a whole week, but no luck there either. I finally emailed them again and got a vague response saying I had used over 1000 searches in 4 months. My account is supposed to recycle soon, but it's been days since I reached out and still no response. I even asked them to call me, but I haven't heard anything. I'm really disappointed, even though the service itself is good.
