lady stardust oversized sweater
Normally, I won't buy clothes from an online store. However, with Covid-19 cases surging, going to the store was out of the question. I decided to broaden my closet with something new and fresh. The lady stardust oversized sweater on sale at the Camilla online store caught my eye and I decided to give them a try. My order was delivered within 3 days of ordering. Quite impressive considering I've ordered other items from online stores and it took them weeks to make the delivery. The sweater fit perfectly. Also, it's very comfy and soft. All in all, this was a great first-time experience buying clothing from an online store. Thank you, Camilla!
Beautiful sale items
I just bought some amazing stuff on sale and I'm thrilled! Got this beautiful long kaftan but it didn't come with a belt. I contacted customer service and they quickly sent me a matching belt. The quality of the clothes is seriously top-notch. I've become a loyal customer, only buying these stunning pieces. The staff is always so friendly and helpful, never had any problems with my purchases. These pieces are absolutely stunning and totally worth every penny. Huge thanks to Camilla for the awesome products and top-notch customer service!
7 outfits purchased
I went all out and bought 7 new outfits, including dresses, jumpsuits, and 2 piece sets. Some I got straight from the store, but others I found at a really popular department store. Let me tell you, every single one of them is amazing! They fit perfectly and the silk material is just heavenly. Yeah, they were a little pricey, but if you wait for a sale and shop smart, you can save big. And the compliments I get every time I wear one of these outfits? You can't put a price on that.
Dress
I wanted to share about my visit to the Armadale Melbourne store and give a shout out to a fantastic staff member, Lucy. She was so helpful and friendly, and her great service really made my shopping experience special. I've been to a few stores in Melbourne, but none have matched the service I received at this store. I'm looking forward to returning for my next purchase and experiencing more of that awesome service that made me a really happy customer.
Big ugly cushion
I bought this super big, ugly cushion and it was missing a tassel and filled with feathers instead of cotton, so it was all lumpy and not comfy at all. Cotton fill is definitely better than feathers, so I don't get why they would even switch it up like that! And when I tried to return it, they made me pay for the postage, which just doesn't seem right to me. Save your money and don't bother with this expensive, awful cushion. The customer service is just as bad, too.
Clothing items
I was really let down by my recent experience as a customer at Camilla. When I got my package from the post office and tried to return it right away, I found out that the return system wasn't working. I had to keep going back and forth with the post office, which was frustrating and tiring. It was also a hassle that they didn't offer home delivery for the item. Their return policy only allowing returns within 2 weeks of when they shipped the item was too strict and didn't help me out. The high prices of their products, along with the item not fitting me well, made me feel like I wasted my money on everything. Overall, I wouldn't suggest buying from Camilla.
My recent purchases
I just wanted to tell you about this store I went to recently. The people working there were really nice and helpful. They knew a lot about the stuff they were selling and gave me some good advice without being too pushy. The store was neat and tidy, which made it easy for me to find what I wanted. All in all, I had a good time shopping there.
Two dresses
OMG, I ordered these two dresses like a month ago and totally forgot to pay for faster shipping. I messaged them right away, and they got back to me super quick saying they already shipped my dresses! And guess what, they got to me a day early and they are so pretty! I'm so happy with my purchase and definitely gonna shop here again!
Beautiful dress
Oh my gosh, I just bought this gorgeous dress and I am totally obsessed with it! I was really nervous to order it at first because of all the negative reviews, but it only took 3 weeks to arrive and everything was perfect. It's seriously my new favorite piece of clothing!
Wedding dress purchase
I went to the store to find a dress for a wedding, but the service was awful. The staff completely ignored us, even though we were the only ones there. We left feeling let down and annoyed, so we decided not to buy anything.
Dress with faulty zipper
I bought a dress from this company and it came with a broken zipper. So, I contacted their customer service about it, but they told me it wasn't their problem to fix. I'm really let down by their lack of accountability and bad customer service. I've never dealt with a company this rude before, and I just had to tell someone about my bad experience.
Dress too big
I recently purchased a dress online, thinking it would be great for Christmas, but when it showed up, it was way too big. I double-checked the size chart and all, but it just did not fit correctly. I reached out to them to see about exchanging it for a smaller size, but they refused because it was a final sale. Seriously, Camilla? Then on top of that, they tried to blame me for not knowing my size. So not cool. They even added x's in their emails, trying to act all nice, but they are really not owning up to their error. I am beyond disappointed.

The company didn't want to give me a refund or let me exchange it, even though the size was clearly marked wrong. Their response was so impersonal and not helpful at all, so now I'm stuck with a dress that doesn't fit. Large purchase, non-delivery
My experience with this company was really disappointing. I bought a lot of stuff for over $2,000, but I never got them. Even though DHL said they delivered the package with proof, nothing showed up at my door. Camilla tried to say it was my fault for authorizing the delivery without a signature, which is not true. They didn't offer any help, so now I'm out $2,000. I have to complain to the Better Business Bureau and my bank because it feels like they stole from me. DHL wanted Camilla to report the claim for my refund, but they wouldn't do it. I suggest not buying anything from this company.
Luxury clothing items
I am extremely frustrated with the customer service at this company. I tried calling their Australia customer service line multiple times, but no one ever picked up. This lack of communication caused a huge problem with US customs because they didn't have the information they needed, so my merchandise was delayed. To top it off, the merchandise couldn't be delivered, and I couldn't even get a refund. Their email customer service wasn't any better, they didn't help me at all. I can't believe I lost over $4000 because of their incompetence.
High-end fashion purchase
I recently bought some really nice fashion items online, but I was super disappointed with how bad the customer service was. I think it's important for people to know about this before they buy anything from them, because it's a big downside to an otherwise good brand. It's sad to think that this is their policy, and I wonder if the brand's founder knows how it affects loyal customers like me.
Regretful experience
I messed up by not checking things out before buying from this company. I totally get why other folks are so annoyed with the problems they've had with returns and customer service. My own experience was a letdown, so I won't be coming back to shop here again.
Dress and Sweater purchase
The stuff I got was totally different from what I saw on the website. The dress was cheaply made, definitely not the wool I was hoping for. And don't even get me started on the sweater - it was so poorly put together, I wouldn't even use it for my pet. I tried contacting the seller several times but never heard back. Luckily, I was able to get my money back through PayPal. What a letdown and a total waste of cash!
