Misleading free federal tax service
I was really disappointed with the service because they gave me the wrong information. They made it seem like my federal taxes were free, but then I found out that wasn't true once I started doing my state taxes. Their lack of clear communication put me in a tough spot financially, and now I have to deal with big late fees that I can't pay.

Thanks to Nav, setting up business credit was a breeze for me. Even though my business was already up and running, I didn't have much going on in terms of business credit. Nav really simplified the process for me, so now I feel more confident moving forward with the knowledge that my business credit is solid.

Flight non-existence
Our flight was a total disaster! We were sitting there waiting, but there was no online check-in available. We tried to do it the old-fashioned way, but no luck – just an error message. We called customer service, but they were no help either. We had to prove the issue with a screenshot just to avoid a fee. Can you believe it? And then we were told our flight wasn't even happening! We had to rush to another airline for a last-minute check-in. Condor didn't give us any information at all. It was so frustrating and just not cool.

Issue with Payment Processor
I've been having some ongoing problems with the payment processor not sending out 1099's correctly. Even though I've contacted RentRedi for assistance, the issue still hasn't been fixed. They recommended sending in a new W-9, but that hasn't made the payment processor take any action. Last year, it took 4 months to sort this out, and now, after 2 weeks this year, there doesn't seem to be a solution in sight.

Online Investment Platform
The online investment platform is doing pretty well for me, but there are a few things that I'm a bit worried about. First off, the fees seem kind of high compared to other platforms that let you buy parts of a share with no fees. I think it would be better if the fees were more fair for everybody so they can attract and keep customers. Also, the APR rate for premium customers needs to be more competitive so they can keep up with other platforms that offer better rates. The way the platform looks is cool, but it doesn't give me all the important info I need like how I've been doing this year and a clear way to see my performance with and without money. Overall, while the basics are alright, there are definitely ways they can make improve different parts of the platform.

I bought these wireless headphones about two years ago, and they're still working great. The sound is really good - strong bass and clear mid and treble tones.
