Issue with Past Tenants' Bank Drafts
I had a really bad experience with this service that keeps trying to take money from past tenants' bank accounts. Even though I don't use the service anymore, I keep getting emails saying the drafts have failed. It feels like a huge invasion of privacy and it's not right. I've tried reaching out to the company through email and phone calls, but they haven't been helpful at all. It's worrying that they are still taking money from my old tenants without permission. I'm really unhappy about this whole situation.
Screening charges issue
I had a little problem with some screening charges not long ago, but I gotta say, I was impressed by how fast and smoothly everything got sorted out. The customer service folks were super helpful and made sure to fix the issue right away. It was a really good experience and I'm grateful for their quick help.
Issue with Payment Processor
I've been having some ongoing problems with the payment processor not sending out 1099's correctly. Even though I've contacted RentRedi for assistance, the issue still hasn't been fixed. They recommended sending in a new W-9, but that hasn't made the payment processor take any action. Last year, it took 4 months to sort this out, and now, after 2 weeks this year, there doesn't seem to be a solution in sight.
Rental property management app review
This app is seriously amazing for keeping track of rental properties. It's super easy to use and really makes everything a lot simpler. The only downside is that sometimes it takes a couple of days to get rent payments when clients use the app, but the convenience it offers makes up for this small issue. I'm grateful that I can easily reach out to customer support through chat or phone whenever I have questions or need help. The online repair request feature is also a huge help in managing maintenance tasks. Plus, letting tenants upload photos is a really cool feature that makes communication easier. Overall, this app does a great job of following up on any questions and is a really valuable tool for property management.
User-friendly rental management app
The app is really easy to figure out and use, with helpful tutorials and quick chat messaging. One thing that could be better is giving us more leeway to email residents through the app and involving non-residents like parents or co-signers. It would also be nice to have a simpler process for making lump sum payments and spreading them out automatically, as well as an easier way to direct people to apply for an available unit without needing a special invite.
Efficient property management
The app has been amazing for us! We decided to end our property management agreement and now we can handle everything ourselves without any issues. We're saving more than $14,000 every year in management fees, plus our tenants love how easy and convenient the app is to use. The price is fair for small businesses, so it's a win-win for everyone.
Delayed Payment System
The payment system for tenants is taking forever. I mean, most folks don't see the money leave their account until like 4 or 5 days after they've paid their rent. It's a real pain, especially for those who got the cash ready to go and just want everything to go smoothly and quickly.
Payment setup process
Setting up the payment was such a pain, they asked for way too much personal info compared to other similar products. I only realized how much they needed after reading the fine print. And the customer service was no help at all, seemed like they had no idea how to fix my problems. The only good thing was getting smiley faces in their responses, even though they were useless.

Two-month deposit issue
This company really messed up with a $3,400 deposit payment, causing a lot of trouble. They got the account info wrong, so the deposit was sent back. Then RentRedi made me go through a bunch of hurdles to confirm the right account. Even after trying to fix things through chats and emails multiple times, the money seemed like it vanished. The ongoing issues led to the renter getting daily past due notices, which was super stressful and frustrating. Finally, after two months, the problem got fixed when the company gave a trace number for the transaction, helping the bank find the funds. Overall, it was a total nightmare that could have been avoided.
Just need to pay rent and set up recurring payments
I've got this spot I rent out and I wanted my tenant to be able to pay rent and set up recurring payments with no hassle. RentRedi totally has my back on this. And if I ever need tech support, they're super quick to help me out. It's great!

rent collection issue
They charged my tenants rent for 3 months while my account was on hold and never explained why! I reached out to customer service several times but never got any answers. Dealing with this issue was a complete nightmare and took up over 20 hours of my time making phone calls, chatting online, and sending emails.
Export to PDF feature for Security, Credit, and Eviction check reports
The fact that we can't export security, credit, and eviction check reports to PDF is a big problem for us landlords. Right now, we can't give applicants a nice, clear report of their results that's easy to read. The reports are hard to print out, especially when there are lots of violations or entries to show. We really hope the company will update this feature soon to make things easier for both landlords and applicants.
Year Membership Rental Software
I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed about the year-long membership I signed up for with this rental software. I found the software itself super confusing and whenever I tried to get some help, it was like pulling teeth. The real kicker for me has been trying to cancel my membership and get my money back. I put in my request way back in March, and here we are at the end of May and still no refund. I've emailed them several times, did everything they told me to do, even sent screenshots to show the problem, but nothing seems to work. The responses I get seem like they're just automated, no real person trying to help me out and get me my refund like they should. It's a real bummer that this company won't give me back my money for a service I haven't even used since March. Dealing with all this has opened my eyes to the headaches I would've kept dealing with if I hadn't decided to quit this service. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone else because of the terrible customer service and their inability to give refunds in a timely manner.
Transition from erentpayment
The shift from erentpayment to this new service has been really good. I'm impressed with how smoothly it's all going and excited to see how things develop from here.
