He also gave me clear instructions to prevent the problem in the future. I was really impressed with how knowledgeable and professional he was.

eufy cameras
I bought two cameras back in November and let me tell you, they are just terrible. These cameras keep disconnecting all the time, and when I called customer service for help, they said it was because of interference and didn't do anything about it. I looked into it and turns out, I'm not the only one dealing with this issue. There are tons of people on Reddit experiencing the same thing, but the company won't admit there's a problem. It's so annoying and really not okay.

Tecnica shoes purchase
I found this store by accident and I am really glad I did! These guys know what they're doing. The website might not be fancy, but the prices are great. I had been looking all over for a specific pair of Tecnica shoes in a certain color, and no other store had as many options as Sun and Ski. I was a little unsure about buying since there weren't many reviews, but I took a chance and it was worth it.

Yard roller purchase
When I went to buy a yard roller at the store, I was let down by how little help the staff gave me. Even though I asked for assistance at the front desk, I ended up having to find the item by myself. Once I finally found it, the staff took my payment quickly but didn't want to help me unlock the product. On top of that, it was annoying to realize that the yard roller didn't come with a plug, which made it even harder to use. I had to make several phone calls and go back the next day just to get the plug I needed. It was only when we asked to talk to a manager that a staff member named Amber found the plugs. In the end, my experience at this store was really inconvenient and frustrating.

Big order cancellation
OMG, I was totally freaking out after I made this huge order because I heard some bad things about the store. But then I saw on their website that you could cancel within 24 hours by email, so I was like, "Yes, please!" And you know what? They responded on a Sunday night and canceled my order! I got an email and PayPal notification really quickly. I was so relieved!

Quality Printing
I've always been happy with how the printing turns out from this company. But, I keep running into problems with the shipping dates and tracking info being off. Since I order stuff for clients a lot, it's super important for me to know when things are actually coming. But, this company hasn't been great about keeping me in the loop, and it's been really frustrating and not very supportive as a customer.
