Quality products Can't say either prices are comparatively better I got quality sprayer and seeds During these long years small items like working boots and some tools picked from this store I have full satisfaction of product and it's use Since long time planning to buy a Honda Pressure washer but could not buy due to price differences May be they have some readymade reasons
For company i have one important issue to share Your back up office who care about customers and complaints are not professional This is my personal opinion based on my past experiences In fact i stopped calling your service team due to their rude behaviour You must pay attention here.Gas fireplace logs
The Tractor Supply in my town is amazing! They've got some really good stuff that's not too pricey. Their employees are always there to lend a hand whenever you need it. I bought some gas fireplace logs there last year, and they worked well until they broke. Dealing with the company I bought them from was a headache, even with a warranty. Thankfully, Tractor Supply came through and helped me get my money back when I was out of options. They're truly the best! 5 stars all around!
Farm Fence Posts
I bought some farm fence posts at your store not too long ago, and I gotta say, I was really impressed by how knowledgeable and helpful the staff was. They really knew their stuff, from helping me pick out the right posts for what I needed to walking me through how to put them up the right way. The folks at this store really went out of their way to help me, and their willingness to share their expertise made shopping there a breeze. It was a great experience all around!
Propane refill
I went to that store the other day and was pretty happy with how friendly and helpful the staff was. They said hi as soon as I walked in and even helped me find what I was looking for, like a refill for my propane tank. They were pretty well-stocked, but didn't have everything I needed. Still, I was glad they were able to refill my propane, since not a lot of places do that anymore. They did run out of propane a few times, but overall, it was a good shopping trip.
Lawn mower parts
Don't let the name fool you, this spot is more like a regular ol' farm store than a go-to for all your tractor needs. Yep, they've got some stuff like classic candy, tees, boots, and animal feed, but when it comes to finding specific tractor parts, they come up short. The small selection in that one section doesn't quite cut it for a real tractor supply spot. Maybe they should switch up the name to something like "Life Out Here" to better reflect all the non-tractor stuff they carry. If you need general farm goods, this place could do the trick, but if you're after specialized tractor parts, you're better off searching elsewhere.
Safe purchase
I had a pretty rough experience when I first ordered a safe online. They ended up canceling the order and wouldn't give me the sale price. But then out of the blue, the company reached out and decided to honor the original order and price. I finally got the safe and it's all good now. Gotta give credit where credit is due.
Dog food
I shop in the Harrison, AR location frequently. Today I was greeted by a young man I had never seen before. He asked if he could help me find anything and then offered to check me out with a mobile device so I wouldn’t have to wait in line. I’ve shopped here for 24 years and, for the most part, have been satisfied. However, I’ve never had anyone go out of their way to help like this guy did. I wish I had gotten his name. Great experience!
