Safe purchase
I bought a safe at this store and I was pretty let down by the whole thing. At first, they were the most expensive choice for what I wanted, but they did agree to match the prices of their competitors, which was nice. But then, when I was ready to buy, they wanted an extra $279 for shipping to the store, while other places shipped for free. It felt like a trick and it left a bad feeling.
Pressure washer and accessories purchase
I went to a hardware store the other day to pick up a pressure washer and some stuff to go with it. The website said they had the pressure washer in stock, so I was all ready to go and buy it. But when I got there, it was a real bummer because no one seemed to want to help me out. I had to practically beg for someone to show me where the pressure washer was kept. The shelves were basically empty, and I couldn't find the one I wanted even though it said they had it online. One of the other workers went to check in the back, but they came back with nothing and didn't offer any other suggestions or help. I try to support local businesses instead of big online stores, but this experience was really disappointing. They missed out on not only selling me the pressure washer but also all the other stuff I was planning to buy.
Riding boots
I used to really enjoy going to that store because all the employees there were super nice and really helpful. My friends and I would stop by just to hang out because everyone was so friendly. They even had this lady who would bake cookies for all the employees every couple of weeks - how sweet is that, right? But now, all the employees I knew are gone, the customer service is terrible, and it seems like the shelves are always empty. A friend called me up and said the store was a disaster, so I decided to go take a look for myself. When I got there, nobody said hello or asked if I needed any help, so I ended up just wandering around aimlessly for 20 minutes before leaving. It's really sad to see how things have taken a turn for the worse.
Riding lawnmower
So yeah, I got this riding lawnmower really quickly. I ordered it one day and bam, it was at my door the next. But when it showed up, it didn't even have enough gas to make it to the shed. And can you believe it? The delivery guy lost the operations book! Why didn't they make sure that wouldn't happen! I tried calling the store, and they told me they would print me a new one and get it to me right away. But it's been like 5 days and still nothing. First, they said the printer was broken, then they claimed they didn't have my address. What's the deal with that? I ordered online, they delivered it, what's the problem now? It seems like the store has no clue when it comes to customer service.
Online order for dog food
I placed an order online for dog food from this store that promised same-day delivery before 2 pm. But it never showed up, so my dogs ended up without food for the next day. When I called customer service, they were not very helpful and seemed pretty indifferent. I told them I run a non-profit animal rescue and my animals needed the food urgently, but they didn't seem to care at all. They didn't offer any kind of compensation for all the stress and worry I went through that night.
Baby chicks and pullets
I was really impressed by the store in Goliad, Texas. It was so well-organized and had a great variety of baby chicks and pullets. I found everything I needed for my feathered friends, like feed and supplies. The employees there were super knowledgeable and friendly, which made shopping there a really pleasant and quick experience. It's not every day that I find a store that meets all my needs like this one did.
Chicken Coop with Assembling Service
I was really disappointed with the chicken coop I bought from the store. I thought getting the pre-made one with assembly service would be convenient, but it's been nothing but trouble. The door handle keeps getting stuck, so I have to manually mess with it every time. Then the door on the chicken run actually fell off, which was a big pain to fix. On top of that, the wire on the run isn't even strong enough to keep out predators, so I had to spend more money on extra protection. Overall, this coop really hasn't met my expectations and I'm pretty bummed about it.
Subscription Feed
Whenever I go to the store, the people there are always friendly and helpful, which is great. But let me tell you, their subscription service for my feed is so annoying! Despite having a subscription, the feed I need is almost never available, and I end up waiting forever to receive it. I mean, isn't the whole point of a subscription to have things on hand when you need them? Seems like that's not the case here. I've been a loyal customer at this store for a long time, but this subscription service is a huge disappointment. It's got me questioning whether they really care about what we, the customers, think.
New mower
I bought a new mower from this store not too long ago and honestly, I'm super let down by it. Even though I made sure to add oil and gas like the instructions said, the thing just won't start. I've tried reaching out to their customer service team a bunch of times through messaging, but I haven't gotten much help at all. They keep telling me to call them instead, but every time I try, no one picks up. To make matters worse, the training materials are lacking and the Q&A section on their website is pretty useless. All in all, my experience with both the product and the customer service has been pretty bad and I wouldn't recommend buying from them.
Various pet supplies
I went to a pet store last time to get some stuff for my furry buddy, and honestly, the service there wasn't great. The first time I went, the vet didn't even show up, and we got canceled on last minute. The next visit was even worse because they guilt-tripped my wife into buying unnecessary shots and convincing us to de-worm our pet even though there were no signs of worms. And to top it off, the vet wasn't there for my third visit either. It's pretty obvious that all they care about is making money, not actually looking out for the animals. I suggest going to a real vet for better care and probably better prices too.
Dog food and bird seed
I was really let down by the service I got at the store in Colchester. The assistant manager treated me horribly, and when I contacted customer service, they said a district manager would call me back but never did. It's obvious they don't care about their customers, so I won't be going back.
Retriever dog pens
I've been dealing with a lot of frustration at the Covington Tennessee store lately. I've been trying to buy 10 Retriever dog pens since March 28th, but I've had a bunch of problems. The first pen I got on March 29th was missing some clamps to put it together. I've been reaching out to customer support through emails, calls, and texts, but it's been really hard to get this sorted out quickly.
Cub Cadet zero turn with Kawasaki engine
The cashier at the store was nice and tried to help, but the manager was not very good. They didn't want to give me the 0% interest deal even though it said so on the price tag. They were also out of stock for the bagger I wanted. To make things worse, the employee lost the owner's manual and didn't bother to try to find another one for me. Overall, the whole shopping experience was a disaster, but I still ended up buying the item because of the financing, warranty, and price offered. When we loaded the tractor onto the trailer, we noticed that white smoke was coming out of the muffler. I recommend being cautious if you decide to shop there, especially at the location in Senatobia, MS.
Chicken feed and hardware supplies
I'm a frequent customer at this store, and I have to say, my last visit was pretty disappointing. The employees didn't seem very interested and didn't know much about what I was trying to find. The aisles were all over the place, and I had a tough time locating the stuff I needed. On top of that, the store wasn't very clean.
Farm Fence Posts
I bought some farm fence posts at your store not too long ago, and I gotta say, I was really impressed by how knowledgeable and helpful the staff was. They really knew their stuff, from helping me pick out the right posts for what I needed to walking me through how to put them up the right way. The folks at this store really went out of their way to help me, and their willingness to share their expertise made shopping there a breeze. It was a great experience all around!
Lawn mower parts
Don't let the name fool you, this spot is more like a regular ol' farm store than a go-to for all your tractor needs. Yep, they've got some stuff like classic candy, tees, boots, and animal feed, but when it comes to finding specific tractor parts, they come up short. The small selection in that one section doesn't quite cut it for a real tractor supply spot. Maybe they should switch up the name to something like "Life Out Here" to better reflect all the non-tractor stuff they carry. If you need general farm goods, this place could do the trick, but if you're after specialized tractor parts, you're better off searching elsewhere.
Cordless hammer drill
I just bought a cordless hammer drill from a farm supply store. The person working there was super helpful, going above and beyond to help me find it. They even checked the computer to see if another store had it. But when I called the other store, they said they were out of stock. Something felt off, so I decided to go check in person. Turns out, they actually had the last one in stock. It was frustrating to think that I almost missed out because the employee wasn't honest.
Propane refill
I went to that store the other day and was pretty happy with how friendly and helpful the staff was. They said hi as soon as I walked in and even helped me find what I was looking for, like a refill for my propane tank. They were pretty well-stocked, but didn't have everything I needed. Still, I was glad they were able to refill my propane, since not a lot of places do that anymore. They did run out of propane a few times, but overall, it was a good shopping trip.
Health and safety supplies
I bought some health and safety supplies at this store not too long ago, and man, let me tell you, I was really let down by how the staff handled everything. They totally messed up when it came to keeping a customer's health stuff private, and it ended up causing some serious problems with the way they treated the person. It's just not cool at all, and no business should be okay with that kind of behavior happening.
Customer service experience
I ran into a problem with an order and had to reach out to customer service for help. I ended up talking to a lady named Georgia who really went out of her way to fix things fast. Not only was she super quick, but she was also really nice to chat with. Georgia's service was top-notch and I really think she should get a raise or a promotion for all the amazing help she provided.
