    I've been using this site for about ten years now to document our annual Grandparents Adventure trip with our grandsons. It's been a struggle to find a platform that lets me easily add both photos and text, but I finally found this gem. I always get two books so I can give one to each of my grandsons. If I ever run into any issues, the chat support is quick to help or they follow up with an email to troubleshoot. The card stock is top quality and the lay flat pages are a game-changer. The production and delivery time is reasonable, usually taking about 2 weeks from New Hampshire. As a travel nanny, my memories mean a lot to me, and I love that I can make physical photo books instead of letting my memories get lost in a sea of digital photos. I've tried other sites before, but I always end up back here because of the user-friendly interface and amazing customer support.

    I was so let down by my experience with this subscription service. I signed up for a subscription that was supposed to come with a free tote bag, but I never got it.     My experience with this airline was just awful. I had to deal with a 6-hour delay and the service was just terrible. They promised to compensate me but I still haven't seen a cent. Needless to say, I will never be flying with them again.

    I bought a sheet set as a Christmas gift and paid extra for faster shipping to make sure it got here on time. But even though they said it would take one to two days, it ended up taking four and I still didn't get it. I tried calling and emailing customer service, but no one got back to me about my order. This whole lack of communication and delay has really let me down, especially since now the gift won't even arrive in time for Christmas.     S-cure spinning large model suitcases

    The suitcases nowadays are not as good as they used to be. The ones I ordered online are flimsy and overpriced, probably because they're made with more eco-friendly materials that just don't last like the ones they used 20 years ago. My old Samsonite suitcases held up for two decades, going through numerous travels, but these new ones are falling apart after just two trips. I wish I had gone with another brand. There aren't any stores in Gent that sell Samsonite anymore. Stay away from suitcases with zippers, they're even worse quality.

    Flight Attendant Behavior

    My recent experience with the flight attendants on my flight wasn't great. There was this one flight attendant who seemed pretty confrontational and couldn't really handle tense situations well. She just kept bossing passengers around without any thought, making the whole flight uncomfortable for everyone. It was kind of a letdown to see that some of the flight attendants didn't treat us like paying customers, more like we were stuck serving time under their rule until we landed.

    I went to that store the other day and was pretty happy with how friendly and helpful the staff was. They said hi as soon as I walked in and even helped me find what I was looking for, like a refill for my propane tank. They were pretty well-stocked, but didn't have everything I needed. Still, I was glad they were able to refill my propane, since not a lot of places do that anymore. They did run out of propane a few times, but overall, it was a good shopping trip.

    I had a great time shopping on this website! The things I bought were really cool and looked almost just like I saw online. The only thing I think they could improve is sending a picture of the gift to the person who sent it, so we don't have to ask the receiver for it. It can be a bit awkward sometimes to ask for pictures from someone who isn't a family member or friend - they could be a coworker or business acquaintance and all.
