Care package for daughter's finals
I'm really upset about the care package I ordered for my daughter's finals from this company. I placed the order on 11/25/2021 and it still hasn't even been shipped. I've reached out multiple times, but all I get are excuses and false promises. They keep saying the packages are time-released or follow the school's final schedule, but my daughter's finals have already started, and she'll be home in less than a week. So now I'm trying to cancel my order and get a refund because she won't be at school when (and if) the order ever ships. This company's false advertising and poor service have really frustrated me and inconvenienced me.
Dorm room essentials
I gotta tell ya, my experience with this company when buying stuff for my dorm room was absolutely terrible. They canceled my order in August and when I asked for a refund, they claimed they sent a check but I never got it. Their customer service is a joke - can't get a hold of anyone on the phone, just a voicemail telling me to email them. Well, I've sent multiple emails over the past three months and haven't heard a peep back. It's really disappointing to see a business run this poorly.
Rug purchase
I just bought a rug from this company and oh man, it was a total letdown when I saw it in person. It had stains, holes, and looked like it had been collecting dust for who knows how long. The edges were even starting to unravel - it was a disaster. I tried contacting customer service and it took forever for them to hit me back. And when they finally did, they sent me the wrong return label. So now I'm stuck waiting for the right label to come in so I can ship this disaster rug back.
Dorm room frame
I found this adorable frame for my dorm room online and I was pumped to buy it. But when I went to check out, they didn't give me the discount I was supposed to get! I tried calling, but couldn't get through to an actual person. It's ridiculous, right? I even reached out to my school, but they couldn't do anything about this sketchy company. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of them.
Duplicate order cancellation
I've been trying to cancel this extra order, but I'm not having any luck. I've been calling customer service for two days and leaving messages. I also sent an email to the customer care team, but haven't heard anything back. I really don't want to pay for shipping to send back stuff I never wanted in the first place. They never gave me the chance to cancel the order, which is super frustrating. I tried two different phone numbers, but couldn't get through to anyone. I'm pretty bummed about the lack of communication and customer service. I'm starting to think I should just send both orders back.
2 semester finals and Valentines package
These people are the worst! We ordered a finals package for both of our daughters who go to the same school. The first one came during winter break after finals, and our daughters were already at home. Now Valentine's Day is around the corner, one package arrived weeks early, and the other one hasn't even shown up yet. I bet the last finals box won't be any different. I can't even find a phone number to call, and they won't even respond to my emails. Stay away from this company and make sure to warn all your friends! I definitely will!
Gift basket
I bought a gift basket for my daughter who's away at college, but she never got it. Even though I gave all her info, they never reached out to let her know. When I tried to ask for help, customer service didn't really help and told me to call the school, which didn't make sense. The phone line was useless and hung up on me before I could even talk to someone. I've asked for a refund two times already with no luck. It was just a really frustrating experience overall.

I ordered some things for my dorm room and it was a complete disaster. The website never updated my tracking info, nobody responded to my emails, and it's been weeks with no confirmation of my order. I'm so frustrated and now I have to go through the process of disputing the charge. Ugh!
Welcome package and valentines package
I was really looking forward to getting the welcome package and valentines package from here, but man, I was really let down by the service! The packages were way late - the welcome one came a whole month after school started, and the valentines one showed up on Feb 23rd! It's pretty frustrating. I could have just sent my own packages instead of wasting money on this service.
Sheet bundle purchase
The ordering process was super fast and simple, and the bundle option really helped me choose everything I needed. But man, I was let down when I noticed the fitted sheet starting to pill after just two weeks. Everything else in the bundle was good quality, but it might be worth it to splurge on some higher-quality sheets to avoid running into the same problem again.
Trick or treat care package
I just bought a trick or treat care package for my daughter, and let me tell you, it was a disaster. This company is such a scam! I ordered a surprise package for my kid in college, thinking I'd get 5 boxes packed with awesome stuff. But nope, I only got 3 boxes, and the first one was basically worthless. When I tried emailing customer service, guess what? The email address doesn't work! Now I'm left trying to figure out how to get my missing boxes or a refund, and I might have to get my credit card company involved. Don't make the same mistake I did - stay far away from this company!
Halloween gift package
I ordered this Halloween gift package from this website and it never showed up! Then they sent it again and it came way later than expected. And now, the Halloween package is gone too. They keep emailing me to buy more things, but all I really want is my money back. Such a huge waste of time and money.

I just bought some stuff for my sons' dorm rooms from this one company. But, I gotta say, it's been a bit of a mess. The items didn't even make it to my sons, and when I tried to get in touch with customer service, it was not great. They said the stuff was on backorder, but nobody even told me about that beforehand. It's been over a month now, and all they gave me was a weak apology. The whole lack of communication and taking responsibility ain't sitting right with me.
Comforter purchase missing decorative pillow
I just bought a comforter from your company, but it came with a rip and was missing the decorative pillow that was supposed to be in the package. When I called customer service, they sent me a regular pillow and wanted me to send the comforter back. My daughter was already at college, so I didn't want to deal with returning it. I ended up just accepting the loss. It was a really disappointing experience overall, and I won't be shopping with you again. It was a waste of my money and time.

I kept trying to get some info on where my order was, but they were no help at all. And to add insult to injury, I never even got a confirmation email or receipt after I placed my order. Such a frustrating and disappointing experience all around.

I paid up front when I placed my order, but it's been three weeks now and I still haven't gotten anything. I've tried calling and emailing customer service multiple times, but I haven't heard anything back. There's no tracking number on the website, and my order number doesn't even show up when I try to look it up. Plus, the chat is crazy full with like two hundred people in front of me, so I can't even get through to talk to someone. I definitely should have read some reviews before I went ahead and ordered, because it's pretty clear now that my school's brochure led me astray.

This company is unreliable. My child has received only 3 of the 5 packages I ordered. You cannot speak to anyone - when calling you get an automated message saying all reps are busy and to go to their website, then the call disconnects. You send a message thru their site and you get an auto response saying you will be contacted within 72 hours, but never get a response. I filed a complaint with the BBB - the BBB never received a response from the company. The only way I got a bit of service was to find the email address of the student rep (whose name was on the mailer) and email her. That got 2 more of the 5 I ordered delivered. Now she won't respond anymore. Stay away! (Plus the packages are chintzy.) I even found one of their VPs on Linkedin (whose profile wasn't locked) and messaged him - Nothing.
Dorm bedding
I have yet to get a person, but have spent 6 hours on hold. Numerous messages have been left and sent, with no reply. I'm missing items, and I paid for express shipping, yet it took 12 days. Worst experience!
