Mixed feelings about GotPrint
I recently used GotPrint for a printing project and overall, I was pretty satisfied with the experience. The website was easy to use and the process of uploading and ordering my prints was straightforward. The prices were also competitive compared to other online printing companies I've used in the past.
The turnaround time was pretty fast, with my order arriving within a few days of placing it. The quality of the prints was also good - the colors came out as expected and the paper quality was as advertised.
One thing I didn't particularly like was that the shipping costs were a bit high. It would have been nice if there were more affordable options, especially for smaller orders.
Overall, I'd recommend GotPrint for anyone in need of online printing services. Just be prepared to pay a bit extra for shipping.Business cards purchase
My experience with the customer service rep was awesome! They were super professional, really patient, and even cracked some jokes. They walked me through everything smoothly, and I was thankful for their help. But, I was kinda bummed about the color of my last order. I picked out a bold, bright orange, but what I got looked more like something out of the '70s. It wasn't terrible, but just not what I had in mind. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to search for a better hex code for the right orange. Fingers crossed the color looks better this time because I need these cards for an event next week!
Customized printing order
The website interface was so easy to use, I had no trouble figuring out what I wanted for my printing order. I've worked in a print shop before, so I really liked how the website gave clear explanations and visuals to help me make the right choices. Being able to preview how my artwork would look before I uploaded it was a big help, it made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. And knowing the company is based in Southern California made me feel good about their reputation and service. I can't wait to see how my order turns out!
Nine versions of business cards with barcodes
I just got nine different versions of business cards, that's a total of 900 cards, but the thing is they all had a barcode in the center that wasn't supposed to be there. So, I called customer support right away to deal with that. They got back to me quickly and placed a reprint order the very next day. I got the new cards pretty quickly and I gotta say, they look awesome. I really gotta hand it to the team for fixing the mistake so efficiently and making the whole reprint process easy and stress-free.

I had a bit of a tough time ordering business cards on this website. It would've been nice to have clearer instructions on how to customize the colored borders. Also, it would be helpful if they had the company's address on there for folks who want to pick up their orders in person. Overall, the business cards were good quality, but they could definitely make the process easier to navigate.

I ordered a custom sign and programs for my wedding. The programs came out perfect, but unfortunately, the sign arrived damaged twice. The customer service was really helpful and they tried to fix the issue by sending replacements with speedy shipping. Even though the replacements ended up damaged as well, they did offer a full refund in the end. Overall, I found them to be a trustworthy company.
