Purchased 2 king bed skirts and 6 drapery panels in raw silk
I bought a couple of king bed skirts and half a dozen drapery panels in raw silk from this shop not too long ago. But, I ran into a problem with one of the bed skirts - the silk material is falling apart. I tried to get help from customer service, but they wouldn't replace the messed-up item. I've been a regular customer at this store for a while, so it's been pretty disappointing. Also, when I stopped by the store in person recently, I noticed they didn't have a lot of things that suited my style. So, I might consider going somewhere else for my shopping needs from now on.

I've been a customer of this company for a long time now, and I've always been happy with my yearly purchases. But this time around, things weren't as good. The stuff I bought came in two different shipments, and the second one took about 10 days to show up. The packaging on that second shipment was really bad. The box looked beat up and like it was barely holding together with just one piece of tape that didn't cover the seams well. I was shocked that the contents weren't messed up given the condition of the box.

Yeah, so I ordered 4 extracts, but when I opened my package, there were only 3 extracts and a sports gel. I reached out to the company, and they were super chill about it, saying they'd send me the missing extract and told me to keep the gel as a gift. These shirts are such a joke. I thought they'd be a nice addition to my wardrobe, but man was I mistaken. The material feels like I'm wearing a traffic cone, not exactly what I want next to my skin. The fit is terrible, like they just chopped out a piece of tarp and called it a day. And on top of that, they won't even honor their return policy. Such a rip-off.
