False Advertising
I used to really like this company and their stuff, but now I'm super let down. Their website said they had a "30% off markdowns" deal going on, but when I tried to cash in on that offer, I found out it only applied to certain items that either ended in $.99 or if the total was $110.98. It's frustrating that their policies aren't clear and seem to change all the time. I used to think they had awesome customer service and products, but now I'd tell others to be careful about buying from them. It seems like they might be based in the Philippines now, and I've run into some misleading info and false ads.

I used to really like this place and never had any issues, but man, the last time I ordered something it was a total disaster! The shipping was crazy slow and expensive, I felt like I was waiting forever for my package. And when it finally arrived, the clothes looked nothing like they did in the pictures! The fabric was super cheap and the fit was way off. I was super bummed out! The customer service folks did try to help, but by then it was too little, too late. I don't think I'll be coming back to shop here again. So disappointing! ?
Clothing and bedding
I've just been so impressed with the clothes and bedding I've gotten from this store. The clothes are always well-made and super cute, I get compliments every time I wear them. The store is really nice, it's got a cozy vibe and the folks who work there are always so friendly and helpful. And let me tell you about the bamboo sheets, they are seriously the best I've ever had. I just ordered more and I'm so excited to get them. Overall, shopping at this store has been a really great experience for me.
Unwanted Catalogue
This company is a total nightmare when it comes to listening to what I want. I've been asking them for over four years to stop sending me their catalogs, but they just keep on filling up my mailbox with stuff I don't want. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times, but they never follow through on their promises to stop. It's so rude to ignore my requests, and it's not good for the environment either. I'm so fed up with this terrible company and how they don't care about their customers.
Linen clothing selection
I was really happy with the linen clothes I got from this store. They're really well-made and they have a lot of options, so I was able to find exactly what I wanted. The style is both trendy and comfy, which is just what I like. And the shipping was surprisingly fast. The customer service was excellent too, so I have no complaints about my shopping experience.
Purchased 2 king bed skirts and 6 drapery panels in raw silk
I bought a couple of king bed skirts and half a dozen drapery panels in raw silk from this shop not too long ago. But, I ran into a problem with one of the bed skirts - the silk material is falling apart. I tried to get help from customer service, but they wouldn't replace the messed-up item. I've been a regular customer at this store for a while, so it's been pretty disappointing. Also, when I stopped by the store in person recently, I noticed they didn't have a lot of things that suited my style. So, I might consider going somewhere else for my shopping needs from now on.
Recent purchases
I just bought something from this company and man, their customer service is seriously lacking. So, when my order arrived, I saw that one of the items was messed up and I needed to return it. Getting that item back was a whole thing since the store nearby had shut down. I had to use FedEx, which was fine. But, the real problem came when I had to wait for my refund. Even though I could see that they got my return, it took them like a whole month to give me my money back.
Clothing item
The products at this store used to be really good, but they've gone downhill lately. I bought something that didn't fit right, so I had to return it. But when it arrived, there was no return slip in the package, which made things way more annoying. Trying to get help online was a pain because I couldn't find the info I needed. And to top it off, there was no customer service on the phone over the weekend, so I had to wait even longer. Finally, after a lot of effort, I finally got through to a call center, but the person there couldn't even find my order or any of my info. It was so frustrating and just added to my disappointment. Luckily, I found the email confirmation by myself, but the whole thing left me feeling so let down and irritated. I know there are other stores out there with better stuff and much better customer service, so this whole experience was just a waste of time.

I wouldn't recommend dealing with this company. Their prices are way too high, and they tack on extra fees for shipping and returns that just don't make sense. To top it off, when I ordered something, it ended up being out of stock, and they didn't even give me back the money I paid for shipping. I'm not happy about it and probably won't be shopping with them anymore.

I just placed an order with this company, but they canceled it out of nowhere. I tried to contact customer service for help, but got no response. The lack of communication and support from their team was really frustrating and disappointing.

Spring clothing selection
I was really looking forward to going to the store at Fairfax corner to check out their spring clothes. But man, was I let down! They didn't have anything bigger than XL. They're totally missing out on a whole group of customers by only offering smaller sizes. They should take a cue from j.Jill and display their sizes on the windows so we don't waste our time.

I'm a regular customer and I usually love shopping here, but my last interaction with their customer service was a letdown. I had a problem with my order and when I reached out for help, I found out they were bought out by another company and their customer service is now outsourced to the Philippines. The person I talked to had a strong accent that made it tough to understand each other. It was really frustrating because I've always appreciated their top-notch customer service in the past.

I've been a fan of this company for over 20 years, but man, my recent experience with their customer service was a total bummer. I tried to return some stuff I bought within the 30-day window, but the dang "returns" button on their site wasn't working. I reached out to customer service, and they said they'd send me a return label via email, but it never showed up, even after I double-checked my email address. To top it off, when I logged into my account, all my past orders were gone for some reason. This kind of messiness and lack of organization is just not cool from a company that I used to really like.

Summer/fall dress
I went to this awesome store in Westlake, Ohio and found the perfect dress for a party! It was so cute and I can't wait to wear it. The sales associates and manager were really friendly and helpful. They made my shopping experience amazing. I'm already thinking about what I want to wear for my next party, maybe something for Christmas or New Year's Eve! The store had such nice clothes and home stuff too. Overall, I had a blast shopping there and I'll definitely be back!
Misleading sizing on clothing
This company seriously needs to rethink their shipping and return policies. I've wasted a ton of money on shipping and return costs because their clothes are all over the place in sizing. It's impossible to tell if something will fit until you try it on. But if you need to swap sizes, they hit you with more shipping and return charges. I've forked over way too much cash on these fees in no time, and I've been stuck with stuff that's too big because I'm over dropping money on shipping. It's just frustrating and disappointing.
Dust ruffle purchase
I bought a dust ruffle from you all thinking it would be top-notch quality and service. But when it arrived, I was bummed to see it was damaged. Tried to return it but found out it was final sale, which wasn't clear when I bought it. When I reached out to customer service for help, I had a hard time communicating due to a language barrier. The supervisor I talked to said nothing could be done because of the final sale policy, which left me feeling irritated and not happy with the whole thing. I'd warn others to think twice about shopping here to avoid the same problems and headaches.
