Boots not arriving on time
I ordered these boots for a party, but they didn't come in time. I was bummed since I really wanted to wear them, so I decided to email customer service to see if I could get my money back. They replied right away, and before I knew it, my refund was processed and back in my account. I was so grateful for how quick and simple it was. I'll definitely be shopping here again in the future!

Language learning and development courses
I recently bought some language learning and development courses from this platform, and I have to say, I was really impressed. They had a huge selection of courses to choose from, giving learners lots of options. I liked that I could go at my own pace, which let me fit my learning around my busy schedule. One of the main reasons I got the courses was to teach my brother American Sign Language (ASL), and the courses were super helpful in reaching that goal. The website is easy to use, making it simple to find what I needed to learn. I could tell that the platform really cares about meeting the needs of learners from my whole experience.

Stay experience at a hotel
I stayed at a hotel recently and honestly, it was terrible. The room was tiny and the toilet was oddly in the middle of the room. Plus, the TV only had one Dutch channel and the audio was completely out of sync with the video on all the channels. It was basically a nightmare. I have no idea why anyone would have anything good to say about this place. I highly recommend avoiding this hotel unless you want to be in a bad mood.

Birthday flowers for 97-year-old cousin
I ordered some birthday flowers for my 97-year-old cousin in Norway, and I messed up the delivery date. But the florist in Hamar, NO called my cousin the day before and caught the mistake. They decided to deliver the flowers on her actual birthday instead of waiting, which was a nice surprise. I'm really thankful for their extra effort and attention to detail. Tusen tak!

I recently bought some stuff online from this company to take on a trip. I ordered on December 1st and didn't realize the items were coming from overseas. The delivery wasn't until December 27th, after I left. I tried reaching out to customer service to try and change the delivery but they weren't helpful. The one rep I dealt with was unresponsive and not willing to work with me during two weeks of emailing back and forth. In the end, I lost $200 and wasted a bunch of time because of the poor communication and lack of help from this company. It was a disappointing experience all around.

Men's Vibration Masturbator
Let me tell you, that Men's Vibration Masturbator was such a letdown. The design reminds me of a failed Bat Mobile prototype, seriously. Quick delivery is nice and all, but it doesn't make up for the fact that it left me feeling unsatisfied and totally ripped off. Clearly, no guy gave this thing a test run because it's basically useless. I'm telling you, it feels like they just added an extra motor from a vibrator and called it a day. I gave it a shot three times, even tried watching some adult content to help out, but nope, nothing. Didn't even come close to getting me in the mood. This thing totally killed the vibe instead of enhancing it. And for fifty bucks, it's a total rip-off. Trust me, save your money and pass on this one.

Customized order for promotional items
I had a really good time customizing my order for promotional items. The folks there were super patient and helpful when I asked for a bunch of different proofs before settling on the final design. They were on the ball spotting any possible problems with the design and suggesting different solutions. I was also grateful for how understanding they were when I had to reopen the quote because I ran into some delays on my end. The order got to me pretty fast and the items were top-notch quality. All in all, it was a really smooth and easy process.

Dust ruffle purchase
I bought a dust ruffle from you all thinking it would be top-notch quality and service. But when it arrived, I was bummed to see it was damaged. Tried to return it but found out it was final sale, which wasn't clear when I bought it. When I reached out to customer service for help, I had a hard time communicating due to a language barrier. The supervisor I talked to said nothing could be done because of the final sale policy, which left me feeling irritated and not happy with the whole thing. I'd warn others to think twice about shopping here to avoid the same problems and headaches.

Perhaps they generate FedEx mailing labels and tracking number and send you the tracking number as though it has been sent. Until they slap that label on the box and it is picked up, the only thing you will get is... pending.
