    Citizen: Just Okay

    I recently purchased a watch from Citizen and I have to say, I'm pretty satisfied with my experience. The website was easy to navigate and there was a good selection of products to choose from. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for and the checkout process was straightforward.

    The watch arrived within the timeframe that was specified and it was well-packaged to ensure that it wouldn't be damaged during shipping. Upon opening the package, I was pleased to find that the watch looked exactly as it did in the product photos on the website.

    I've worn the watch every day since receiving it and so far, it has been working perfectly. The quality seems to be very good and I'm confident that it will last me a long time.

And let me tell you, every single stay has been absolutely amazing. The folks who work there are always really nice and welcoming, they make us feel right at home. And the amenities at each place are top-notch, they definitely make our stay even better. We've had some pretty awesome experiences, like hanging out at the rooftop bar in New York and Copenhagen, and taking full advantage of the awesome showers. The staff at all these places always go above and beyond to make sure we're happy and comfortable.

    Hotel stay at a luxury establishment

    My time at this hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff really went out of their way to make sure I was happy and comfortable. The food was delicious, and the room I stayed in was even better than I expected. I loved the big window by the king-sized bed and the awesome shower. Using an iPad to control the TV, blinds, and lights was a cool and convenient feature. The hotel had a funky and stylish design that created a great atmosphere. I would definitely suggest this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay. I'm already looking forward to coming back in the future.

    Airport stay, exceptional staff

    We were stuck at Amsterdam Schiphol airport for 3 days because our airline messed up, but the amazing staff at the hotel really saved the day for us. Checking in was a breeze and our room, though small, had everything we needed. The hotel had a cool vibe that made us feel right at home. But the best part of our stay was the staff. They were so friendly and made us feel like they truly cared, especially since our airline couldn't find our luggage. The staff really made our stay special and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of.

    Extended stay due to obstacles

    I had such a terrible experience at this place, it's hard to put into words. Had to extend my stay twice because of so many problems, and it was a hassle the whole time. The staff was so disorganized that I thought about finding somewhere else to stay. My weekend plans got messed up dealing with payment problems, and the way they treated guests was just bizarre. They didn't clean my room for more than a week, and on top of that, they for some reason took $6 from me each day for charity without even asking because they didn't clean. The prices kept changing, and it felt like they were taking advantage of us with hidden fees. I felt like I was doing all the work to get anything I needed while I was there, and it was really disappointing. I'm so disappointed in their so-called high-tech service and feel bad for the staff having to deal with all these problems all the time.

    CitizenM+ membership

    I've been a member of this hotel group for a while now and decided to upgrade to their paid CitizenM+ membership last year. At first, everything was good because I stayed at their hotels often enough to make the membership worth it. But recently, I haven't been able to log into my account because of some technical problem. Despite paying my subscription and starting my second year, my profile and booking history have vanished, and I can't get any information back. The customer service has been really disappointing—no human touch and long waits for help. When I tried to get assistance, all I got were automated replies, long hold times, and unhelpful interactions. I've reached out to them through email, Twitter, and Facebook multiple times, but my problem is still unresolved after four weeks. Overall, the lack of support and failure to solve my issue has left me feeling frustrated and unhappy with the CitizenM+ membership.

    Recent hotel stay

    My stay at this hotel was really great. I loved the design and vibe of the place. The staff were super nice and the rooms had everything I needed. So many TV channels to choose from too.     Booking hotel stay, UK flight cancellation

    I was really disappointed when our flight got cancelled and we couldn't stay at the Amstel Amsterdam hotel! But big thanks to the hotel staff for setting us up with rooms next to each other and giving us a refund quickly.     Urgent assistance needed for car service

    I had a situation where I really needed help with my car while far away from home. The guy at the front desk quickly jumped in and helped me out. Thanks to his fast thinking, I made it to where I needed to be on time and safe. I'm so grateful for his help. Also, the hotel lobby was amazing! It looked so beautiful and definitely added to my great experience.

    Luxury hotel room amenities

    I was really disappointed with my recent stay at the hotel. The room didn't have basic amenities like a coffee maker, fridge, and the window wouldn't even open. Plus, the room was controlled by an iPad that kept crashing, leaving us in the dark several times. The TV kept shutting off by itself, and the air conditioning/heating was not reliable. On top of all that, breakfast was way overpriced at 15 pounds, with no option for just getting a few items. The whole experience felt like I was stuck in a tiny room, with noise from other guests being super loud. Needless to say, I won't be going back there.

    My disappointing stay

    I stayed at a hotel recently, and it was a huge disappointment. Check-in was super slow, and the room was way too small. It was dirty, had a bad smell, and the bathroom was lacking in amenities. On top of that, the noise from neighboring rooms was unbearable! I complained to the hotel staff, but they didn't really do anything to make it right. All in all, it was just a bad experience.

    Don't sign up for CitizenM Plus membership! The fine print says you can't cancel for a year, even though the website says differently. When I tried to complain, they made fun of my disability in live chat. Customer service was really out of line. Never staying at a CitizenM hotel again.

    Reservation Cancellation Disappointment

    I was really let down by a hotel I recently stayed at. I made a reservation, gave them my credit card info, but when I got there, I found out they had canceled my booking without telling me.     Stay experience at a hotel

    I stayed at a hotel recently and honestly, it was terrible. The room was tiny and the toilet was oddly in the middle of the room. Plus, the TV only had one Dutch channel and the audio was completely out of sync with the video on all the channels. It was basically a nightmare. I have no idea why anyone would have anything good to say about this place. I highly recommend avoiding this hotel unless you want to be in a bad mood.

    Hotel stay at Seattle

    My husband and I recently spent three nights at a hotel in Seattle to ring in the New Year, but it didn't go as planned. The shower in our room flooded because of a design issue, leading to a big mess that we had to take care of. The next day, we got locked out of our room and were surprised to find out we were being charged $500 for the trouble. And when I tried to use the shower again, it flooded once more, so we had to call maintenance. We eventually got moved to a different room, but we were still pretty annoyed by the lack of responsibility for the initial flood.
