Diamond chain purchase
I was kinda hesitant about getting jewelry online, especially a flashy diamond chain. But when I contacted customer service, they totally put me at ease by explaining everything step by step. The communication was amazing, and I was updated throughout the whole process. When my diamond chain showed up, I was super impressed with how nice it looked and how well it was made. It definitely surpassed what I was expecting and I've already received tons of compliments on it.

3 t-shirts ordered
I recently bought 3 t-shirts from this company, and man, it was a total nightmare. It took over a month for the shirts to even show up, and by then, the event I wanted to wear them for was long gone. I tried hitting up customer service through email like they say to do, but I haven't heard back from them at all. They claim they'll get back to you in 1-4 business days, but that's definitely not the case. And on top of all that, when the package finally came, I got hit with customs taxes almost as much as what I paid for one of the t-shirts. What a scam! I definitely wouldn't recommend buying from this company. Do yourself a favor and go support local brands instead.

I bought some new car parts from this place and they got here crazy fast, like super fast. But when I opened the package, they were the wrong parts! Oops! Luckily, this guy Richard stepped in and got everything sorted out real quick. Thanks, Richard, you're awesome!

Car rental at airport
Watch out for Avis, they're trying to scam you! I recently rented a car from them for just one day at the airport. When I picked up the car, they gave me an automatic without mentioning any extra charges. The staff seemed more focused on their phones than on explaining any fees. Then, when I returned the car, I was hit with an additional charge for switching from manual to automatic, which they never told me about. The customer service was no help at all and wouldn't take any responsibility for their staff's mistakes. I would suggest avoiding this company altogether!

Membership renewal issue
Do not sign up for a membership with this company, trust me! They keep changing the benefits without letting you know and it's really hard to cancel. I have been getting charged on my card repeatedly even after they said they canceled my membership. Dealing with customer service is a total nightmare and even their own employees can't fix the problem.

Japanese optical frames
COOL STORY! So, when I was in Paris, I spotted this super cool Japanese glasses frame that totally stole my heart. But, for some reason, I didn't buy it then and there, and boy did I regret it once I got back to Australia. Luckily, I found the exact same pair on Italist, and the price was even better than what I saw in Paris. The whole ordering thing was easy-peasy, no stress at all, and I got the glasses in just a few days thanks to DHL. I gotta say, I was seriously impressed with how quick and smooth everything went down. I'll definitely be coming back to Italist for more goodies!

Language course experience
My language course experience has been really great. The lessons were interesting and kept me engaged and excited to learn. The school staff were super helpful and always there to answer any questions or concerns I had. The only drawback was the chat feature, it got a bit overwhelming with so many random questions making it hard to keep up with.
