Hidden final-sale, service saved it
I bought a Herno down jacket because I needed a warm, lightweight coat for winter trip after a shoulder surgery. When it arrived it wasn't what I pictured — cut was off and fit weird — and there was no “final sale” label. At first Italist refused the return and pointed me to a buried bit of copy about down items being non-returnable (which I never saw when buying). I pushed back, asked to speak to a manager, and finally they agreed to a full refund and return label. That moment — the rep confirmed pickup and refund — is when I felt satisfied. Jacket was fine for the trip, but the site should be clearer; customer service made it right.
Wrong order, right people
vendor replies can drag, so plan for that. Tip: mention your deadline right away. I'm grateful too.
Finally found the right Matsuda
I needed new sunglasses after my old pair got ruined during a move and my eyes hate bright afternoons, so I was on the hunt.
