I almost bailed — prices looked great, I ordered yesterday, used stuff today; doubts vanished, surprisingly fast delivery.
Glad I took the chance
I was nervous about buying it and returns, but it fits daily routines, works great, doubts mostly vanished, honestly.
Surprisingly comfy
Halfway through my first walk I actually laughed — the fit was perfect and the cushioning surprised me, especially after bad shoes from other brands.
Slow returns, okay product
Order arrived eventually, product fine, but refund took over two months and customer support barely responded—wish they handled returns faster.
Skeptic turned glad
I almost didn’t buy them — worried they'd be flawed. Got them for work and nights out, they fit great, tiny scuff I noticed but overall relieved and happy it worked out.
Nice surprise
I needed relief for my sore back while moving; I was skeptical at first, but fast delivery eased all doubts.
Left hanging when I needed it
I needed this for a move — my sore back was hoping for relief, honestly. Ordered over a week ago and it still says unshipped. Emails get ignored, live chat is basically dead. Tried to be patient, ended up filing a chargeback. Not great, would not recommend.
Tight return window
Too strict on returns — that’s the bottom line. I missed the 14‑day cutoff by a single day and they refused a return. I buy this stuff for holiday gifts and everyday use, juggling work and kids, so yeah, annoying.
Friend's tip paid off
I saw these in a friend's text and ordered on a whim — they arrived from Italy in four days with free shipping. I knew I was happy when I tried them on; fit was perfect. Minor scuffs, no box, still worth it.
Not convinced
Overall, I wouldn't trust them much. I first spotted the shop on a secondhand group because a friend tipped me, and we were curious and tried ordering—communication lagged, shipping promises were fluff, and the items looked off, so I stayed cautious.
Stuck without a refund
I was counting on this for a last-minute move - needed something sturdy for my bad lower back. Order got canceled for "out of stock" and months later still no refund. Lots of emails, no clear answers. Ended up disputing the charge with my card. Kinda annoyed but relieved the bank helped, and patience.
Sneaky promo email
Got a sketchy email about a 'chance' to win a free trip to Italy. Signed up curious, then bam — there’s a $120 membership you have to pay to enter. Feels like bait-and-switch. I use their promos to plan family trips, so this was disappointing. Support was slow.
Half refund, mixed bag
I hesitated before buying because of the price. I needed sunglasses for my commute and summer walks. They arrived okay and the lenses are actually better than I thought. Then I tried to return them. Refund was partial after weeks of emails. Still annoyed.
Liked the brands, delivery saved it
I first saw these brands on Instagram and bought something — I like the labels. Delivery was fast and the box arrived — big plus. Customer service was okay-ish though; they didn't send a return label when I tried to return, not even after I offered to pay for it. I told a friend the delivery was great but warned them about returns.
Worth it, but fees sting
check customs before you buy.
Product felt good, refund didn't
I liked how it felt — solid, comfy enough, actually better than I expected for the price. I sent it back right away though, didn't work for me. Chatted and emailed a bunch, waited weeks and nothing on the refund. Feels like they drop the ball on returns even if the item itself was fine. Annoying, but glad the product was decent.
That little box smile
I almost laughed when I unzipped the box and saw the Ferragamo—clean, no marks, everything as pictured. That’s when I knew. Ordered Monday night, got it Friday via UPS, super fast. Price was about 500 CHF less than retail, so I was nervous, been burned before, but this time it worked. Packaging was a bit squashed, though.
Not worth the hassle
it took 3–4 days to ship (not next-day), then I got hit with local customs fees they don't cover. So I paid extra and their reply was "that's policy." Deleted their app, won't risk it again.
Was ready to rage, ended up relieved
I sat there, coffee cooling, convinced this would be another nightmare. My last return with a different company cost me over $100, so I braced. They quoted $40 for the return and I expected customs and a fight. It took weeks and a few extra fees popped up. But the moment the approval email showed and the refund finally hit my card — I relaxed. Not perfect. Customer support was slow. Still, they fixed it and I was pleasantly surprised.
Coat drama, but sorted
I first saw this coat on my sister’s Instagram and ordered because it looked perfect. Delivery showed up surprisingly fast, which I loved, and when a zipper started acting up after a couple weeks I was kind of panicked. Customer service actually listened (big relief) — they arranged a repair and sent a replacement button set, so the leaking feathers aren’t an issue anymore. Not thrilled about the price, but happy they handled it without endless back-and-forth.
