NGK Coils Purchase
I just bought some NGK coils from this site and I gotta say, I was really happy with how everything went down. The packaging was legit, each coil was wrapped up nice and tight, which was cool. Once I got those bad boys installed in my ride, they worked like a dream, no problems at all. I've been cruising around with these NGK coils for a while now and let me tell you, they are solid. If you're thinking about upgrading your coils, I definitely suggest giving these a shot.
Coils perfect, plugs wrong
The coils worked really well, but the plugs that were supposed to fit my 2005 truck were way off. I ended up having to buy extra plugs to get everything installed, which was pretty annoying. But I gotta say, the customer support at this store is awesome. They sorted out the problem fast and gave me a refund for the wrong plugs. Even though there was a bump in the road at the start, I would definitely think about buying from this company again in the future.

I just bought a Dorman Air bag clock spring for my Jeep Wrangler. Bummer is, even though the part number was right with the original Mopar part, it didn't fit like it should. I called customer service and Tracy was super helpful - she gave me a phone number to get in touch with Dorman directly. They're looking into the problem now, with their quality assurance team, since there have been other cases like mine in the past.

Ignored Customer Service Request
I had a really bad experience with the customer service at this auto parts store. My package got messed up during delivery, so I tried to get in touch with them to either get another one or a refund. But even after I tried several times, I didn't hear back from them for a whole week. It's super frustrating and makes me think they don't really care about keeping their customers happy.
Front hubs for my car
I recently got these front hubs for my car and they are amazing! I've only had them for about 2 weeks, but they are working great. My car handles much better now and I don't hear any strange noises anymore. I'm really happy with my purchase!
