I was so happy with how fast the wheel spacers I ordered arrived. The design looks awesome and the craftsmanship is top-notch. Plus, they're well balanced, which is super important for my ride. I recently got some new car parts and they were really cool! The customer service was super nice and helpful. They said my order would arrive sooner but it ended up being a little late, plus the box was all beat up when it finally got here. Luckily, the parts inside were still in good shape!
Ignored Customer Service Request
I had a really bad experience with the customer service at this auto parts store. My package got messed up during delivery, so I tried to get in touch with them to either get another one or a refund. But even after I tried several times, I didn't hear back from them for a whole week. It's super frustrating and makes me think they don't really care about keeping their customers happy.
Front hubs for my car
I recently got these front hubs for my car and they are amazing! I've only had them for about 2 weeks, but they are working great. My car handles much better now and I don't hear any strange noises anymore. I'm really happy with my purchase!

I bought a belt from this company not too long ago, but it's been more than two weeks and the belt still hasn't shown up. I've been waiting patiently for it, but it feels like it's stuck somewhere without any progress. This wait has been really annoying, and I'm hoping the company can figure out a solution soon.

I just bought a Dorman Air bag clock spring for my Jeep Wrangler. Bummer is, even though the part number was right with the original Mopar part, it didn't fit like it should. I called customer service and Tracy was super helpful - she gave me a phone number to get in touch with Dorman directly. They're looking into the problem now, with their quality assurance team, since there have been other cases like mine in the past.
