Eyewear purchase
When I bought glasses from this company, I was really let down by what I got. I paid a lot of money in the beginning, but the lenses didn't match my prescription at all. And the customer service was not helpful - they didn't want to fix the mistake or offer a real solution. Dealing with a company that wouldn't help their customers, especially when it's about something as crucial as vision, was so frustrating. My whole experience was a total disaster. I would warn others against buying anything from them.

3 year service purchase
I was really excited to buy a 3-year service from this company and forked over some good money for it. But, after about a year, I started having trouble signing in. I contacted customer service through email and was surprised to get a reply 2 months later, with them blaming the delay on having tons of requests to deal with. And when it came time for them to ask for payment, there was no delayed response at all. I tried to recover my account, made a new password, and even got an email saying my account was back up and running. But when I tried to log in, I found out they had straight-up lied about it. If you're in the market for a VPN you can count on, I strongly recommend checking out other options.

I really like buying my supplements from this place because they have such great products and they don't cost an arm and a leg. The folks who work there are so friendly and always ready to help out. They get back to me super fast when I reach out, whether it's on the phone or through WhatsApp. And wow, the delivery is crazy quick - usually only takes a day or two after I place my order. They've got a wide variety of supplements to pick from, so I always find exactly what I need. They're without a doubt the top dogs in this industry, and I hope they keep up the good work!

Marijuana card application delay
I recently applied for a medical marijuana card through Veriheal and honestly, the whole process has been super frustrating. I did the phone interview with the doctor, filled out all the forms on the Illinois website, and waited for more than two months with zero progress. Every time I checked the state website, it said my application was still 'pending' and I felt so stuck. When I tried to get help from Veriheal over the phone and on live chat, the responses were not helpful at all – I just felt like I was going in circles. It was so disappointing to hear the same info I already knew. And on top of that, I found out that the Illinois cannabis card website doesn't work well on smartphones, so I couldn't even see all the buttons properly. Finally, when I was able to use a computer and make the payment, the website was just not user-friendly at all.

My electric and gas bills
I need to pay my electricity and gas bills every month for my house, you know? The website I use to pay is pretty decent, I mean, it's easy to log in and see what I owe and pay it. Sometimes it's a bit slow and I have to wait, though. And it's a little tricky to find where to sign out sometimes. But, it's not too bad overall, I suppose.

I bought a belt from this company not too long ago, but it's been more than two weeks and the belt still hasn't shown up. I've been waiting patiently for it, but it feels like it's stuck somewhere without any progress. This wait has been really annoying, and I'm hoping the company can figure out a solution soon.

One Drop Rewind
I can’t begin to tell you how great this product is!! The first time I used it, I didn’t recognize the person looking at me in the mirror. I was a little scared until I realized it was really me 10 years younger! My husband knew it immediately and just smiled! I use the product mostly on the bags under my eyes and the wrinkles around my eyes. I soften the laugh lines around my mouth because I want people to see me smile. I am 72 years old this month and have tried every product there is and was.., and NOTHING compares to One Drop Rewind. I can actually feel and see it working after a minute or so. My son is getting married June 25 and I can’t wait to look younger at the wedding! If you ever consider offering this product in 55 gallon drums, please put my name on the list!!! Thank you so much!
I love this product! Just a little bit of the lotion on the I I absolutely love this product!! Just a little bit on the brush goes a long way in diminishing the look of wrinkles. It tightens the skin and is almost like Botox in a serum. It’s absolutely wonderful!!!
My try at One Drop was a flop, when attempting to put some on my finger it cam gushing out along side of the cap! I never could get it to come out of bottle correctly. I did open bottle and tried to get some product out with a q tip, but it was not the same feel...very gritty on my face. All three bottles were he same way. really disappointed.
What a treat to find a product that does make a difference. One drop rewind really is amazing. I have been using it daily fro a couple of weeks. It may be for special occasions, but I wanted to see if, like Dermal Repair, the results were better over time. It is like smoothing out your skin & it does seem better each few days. My friends notice a difference. Great products & great customer service as well. Cheaper than surgery or Botox & not risky!!!
I was surprised and delighted at how quickly this product took effect. Love it! I have only been using it for special days out and those are going to pick up soon! So, I’d probably better order more soon!

I absolutely LOVE it! Works like a charm! I have 2 really deep wrinkles on my right cheek...they disappear before my eyes!! Makes me feel pretty again at 71!! Showed my daughter when she just came out for a visit...she was AMAZED!! I love it and will continue to re-order. It's INCREDIBLE!

I was surprised to see how well it performed on my neck! I did not see an instant response but later I looked in the mirror and I was very impressed! You do have to develop a technique with applying this, but it’s worth it! I use multiple products from Beverly Hills MD, and I am 62 years old. I have fried my skin with baby oil in the 70’s, and was a regular user of moisturizer. I have to say my skin looks wonderful, and I believe it’s because of my twice daily application of your products and genetics! Most folks still think I am in my 40’s. I have one problem area, over my lips! Never smoked, please develop a miracle cream for this area! Thanks also for your lovely “try at home” beauty treatments! Thanks! Terri Waters
