I chose to do USPS Priority shipping both ways, and within two weeks, I got my sunglasses back looking good as new. I was really impressed with how quick and efficient they were with the repairs, and the customer service I received was top-notch. The whole thing made me feel happy and confident that I made the right decision in buying those sunglasses.

I recently bought a pair of sunglasses as a customer, and I gotta say, the whole experience was pretty disappointing. I ended up giving them another shot and ordered another pair for my partner, but the same issues came up - no acknowledgment of the purchase, terrible communication, and this time, they wouldn't even cancel the order even though it hadn't been shipped yet.
Polarized sunglasses
These sunglasses are terrible! I mean, I was expecting them to be really sturdy considering how expensive they are, but they keep breaking on me. I've had to send them in for repairs four times already, and that's just crazy. They're way too delicate for the price you pay. Seriously, my cheap $20 Ironmans last way longer than these fancy ones. I don't think they're worth the money at all. I'm definitely not buying them again!

These sunglasses are really something else! They look awesome, feel strong, and do a great job protecting your eyes from the sun. I had to send them in for repairs recently, and I was super impressed with how quick and efficient the whole process was. It only took a week from when I sent them out until I got them back. They even paid for the shipping both ways and replaced the nose pieces and arms on my old sunglasses, which are 4 years old. They even threw in a collapsible case, which I thought was a really nice bonus. It just goes to show how much they care about their customers and making sure you're well taken care of.

The glasses from this brand have really great design and efficiency, but I was kinda bummed to see how fragile they were, especially for the price. I've had them break twice just from having them in the front pocket of my hoodie! And one of the glass brackets even broke from just a little bump. It's frustrating that they're so delicate given how much they cost.

MJ Black rock sunglasses
I had these MJ Black Rock sunglasses for about a year now, and let me tell you, it's been nothing but trouble. The left lens fell out within the first week of having them! I tried contacting the company to get it fixed, but they were no help at all. Then, just recently, the same lens popped out again, this time hitting the sidewalk and getting all scratched up.
When I reached out to Maui Jim for help, they basically just said, "tough luck," and offered me a small discount on a new pair. I was so let down by their lack of customer service and support. Just really disappointing, you know?Expensive sunglasses purchase
I'm really bummed about my mistake spending so much on these sunglasses. I dropped $600 on them, thinking they'd be top-notch and last me a long time. But then, just 2 years later, one of the lenses cracked because I messed up. When I reached out to the company for a replacement, they said they don't make those lenses anymore for that model. It was such a letdown and I felt so frustrated. My fancy sunglasses became useless just like that. I was hoping to rock them for at least 5 years considering what I paid, but nope, that didn't happen. So, do yourself a favor and avoid buying anything from this company if you want to make your money count.
