    I'm really disappointed with my experience with this company. The clothes I ordered never got sent out, and despite me trying multiple times since February to get a refund, I haven't gotten any help. It's been super frustrating and makes me feel like their customer service isn't great. It's disappointing to see them not taking responsibility for their mistakes and not handling customer orders and issues well. Overall, my experience has been really bad, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to order from them.

    Musical theater tickets

    Hidden fees and unclear shipping policy

    My experience ordering from Testogen wasn't great, to be honest. They didn't give me the heads up about possible taxes, which ended up jacking up my order cost by 30%.     I've ordered a bunch of stuff from this place, and I gotta say, it's been smooth sailing every time. The prices are great, and the stuff is really top-notch.     2 semester finals and Valentines package

    These people are the worst! We ordered a finals package for both of our daughters who go to the same school. The first one came during winter break after finals, and our daughters were already at home. Now Valentine's Day is around the corner, one package arrived weeks early, and the other one hasn't even shown up yet. I bet the last finals box won't be any different. I can't even find a phone number to call, and they won't even respond to my emails. Stay away from this company and make sure to warn all your friends! I definitely will!

    I was really let down by my experience at this company. I ordered something and only found out afterward that the shipping cost was a hefty $11, which I thought was way too much. I think shipping fees should be clear and shown upfront, not kept secret until after you've already bought something. This whole lack of transparency really made me think twice about shopping here again, and I'd recommend others to be careful and maybe look somewhere else that's more upfront about all their charges.

    My time at Bed Bath & Beyond really let me down. I had to contact them twice just to get a replacement for the damaged piece on my dining chairs, and it dragged on for a long 3 weeks before it was all sorted out. When I asked for some kind of compensation for the trouble, I got no response and was just told my package was coming. The lack of good customer service and communication was so frustrating, and now I've got a bad view of the company.

    Misleading deal promotion for current customers

    The deal I snagged was supposed to be a killer bargain, but when I took a good look at it, I saw that it only applied to new customers. I had to go to some lengths to get special permission to use it, but to my dismay, I found out it couldn't be used for any more buys in the future, despite it saying I could use it up to 3 times.

    I recently bought two bracelets from an online store with a Canadian address. But, surprise! Only one bracelet arrived after waiting six weeks, straight from China. I reached out to customer service about the missing bracelet, and they promised it would be sent, but no tracking number was provided. After two more weeks of waiting, I had to take it up a notch and filed a complaint with Paypal. Thankfully, the next day after that, I got a tracking number and received the second bracelet about eight weeks later. This whole ordeal left me super unhappy, and I've decided to not order from them again. If it wasn't for Paypal stepping in, we might've never gotten our item after waiting four long months.

    I bought this super cute pink hoodie with a fun logo on it, and it was just awesome!     Today, I had to stop by the store to get my sunglasses fixed. Let me tell you, the ladies working there were so amazing! Joanna and Mariangela were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They took care of my sunglasses and were just so kind. It felt like they were treating me like a VIP. You could tell they really enjoy their job and are experts at it.
