Wine selection
I was really impressed by Decantalo's selection of wines at great prices, especially since they include UK tax. Their website is super easy to use and it was a breeze to find what I wanted. I liked that they had detailed descriptions and ratings for every wine, which helped me pick out the perfect one for me. Checking out was smooth and I got an email confirmation right after I placed my order.
Online wine order
I recently ordered some wine online from a company and let me tell you, I was really disappointed with the customer service I got. My online order didn't go through because of some restrictions on their website, and it took a whole 3 days just to get instructions on how to fix it. When I finally managed to place my order with a bank transfer, they told me the 10% discount they advertised had expired. After waiting 5 more days for a response, they said they couldn't honor the discount that was supposed to be valid when I first ordered. It's crazy how long it takes them to handle such a simple request, not to mention any shipping problems that might come up. I definitely wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
Online order, wine not available
I ordered some wine online, but after 3 long weeks of going back and forth with them, they told me it got damaged and they don't have any more left. But here's the kicker - their website still shows it's in stock! I think they should at least hook me up with something else of equal or even better quality, but they're not willing to do that. Can you believe it?
Customized delivery instructions not followe
I recently bought something from Decantalo, and I asked for it to be delivered after a specific date. But, they didn't listen to me and sent it a week early. I tried to fix it with UPS, but it was tough to change the delivery date. This whole thing really bummed me out.
Easy ordering, strong selection of Spanish wines
Ordering from Decantalo was so easy, especially with all the Catalonian and Galician wines they offer. I found exactly what I wanted without any issues. They even adjusted the delivery date to fit my schedule, and the wines showed up right on time and in great shape. The prices were really good, even with UK duty and VAT included. And getting free delivery just made the whole thing even sweeter.
Freixenet cavas
I have to say, I am really impressed with the great service from this company. Decantalo has a variety of top-notch Freixenet cavas that are hard to come by in the UK. These cavas are better quality than pricier French Champagnes. And the shipping costs are fair, which makes buying from them even better. Decantalo is now my favorite place to buy wine, and I definitely suggest them to anyone who loves wine.

This website is seriously my go-to spot for buying Spanish wine! The prices are amazing, it's like scoring a deal at the grocery store. Urgent wine deliveries
I had to get some wine delivered quickly and Decantalo came through once again with amazing service. This was my second time using them, and I am always blown away by the great wines they offer and how fast they deliver. I can't say enough good things about Decantalo and I'll for sure be ordering from them again soon.
Sherry Purchase
I was so happy with how smooth and easy it was to buy my favorite sherry from this company. It can be tough to find Croft sherry when you're overseas, but they had it for a good price. The delivery was fast and safe, so I'll definitely be shopping here again. Thanks a lot!
Spanish wines
I bought some Spanish wines from this company after trying them on a trip to southern Spain. I was excited they ship to the USA and the wines were just as great as I remembered. But the delivery took longer than I thought and had some hiccups. Still, the company was easy to deal with and had a great wine selection. I'm getting my second delivery now and definitely plan on ordering from them again in the future.

Mixed experience with promised discount on orders above €500 not executed at checkout

On top of all this, I keep getting promo emails that don't match up with the discount situation. It's been a letdown and not very smooth overall.
