I've been buying wine from this online shop for years and always had great experiences. The customer service is top-notch at Decantalo, which is why I keep going back. The wine selection at Decantalo is really something else. I found some rare bottles there that are hard to come by in the UK, and the prices are totally fair, including taxes for delivery. What sets Decantalo apart from other wine websites is that it's super easy for me to get my hands on these unique wines that I can't find anywhere else. I just bought a bottle of wine from Spain from this company and I gotta tell you, I was really impressed. The wine was top-notch and the price was really good compared to others. I just bought some wine from Decantalo and I have to say, they have a really great variety. They even offer free delivery, which is amazing, especially to France if you buy 12 or more bottles. The ordering process was easy and I didn't have any problems with the website. I did have a question about their selection, so I reached out to customer service, but sadly, I never got an answer. Even with that one little issue, I still think Decantalo is a great choice for awesome wines and convenient delivery.

International order Spain-Germany
My order from Spain to Germany just came in right on time, in about 2 weeks. The box looked a little squished, but all the bottles inside made it out unscathed. Shoutout to the customer service team for being so quick and friendly when I asked for a VAT invoice in German. Huge thanks to Griselda for being so helpful and professional.
