I ordered some skincare products and it was kind of a letdown. I was disappointed that the free gift from one of the brands wasn't available, like seriously?! And trying to find a moisturizer for my girl was a total pain. There were so many options to sift through and no simple way to narrow it down. C'mon, give us customers a break!

Clothes, super cute
OMG, seriously, these shipping updates are the absolute worst. The app is completely useless, and don't even get me started on the courier site. But then, I chatted with this girl Noxolo, and she was a total lifesaver! She assured me that my cute clothes are on their way, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. The clothes are amazing, but the service, except for Noxolo, is terrible.

I just can't get enough of Twojeys, seriously! Their jewelry and clothes are always top-notch quality. I recently got myself some zodiac necklaces in silver and I swear, I've been wearing them non-stop. They've become my new favorite accessories. And don't even get me started on the icon hoodie - it's hands down the best! I've got it in brown and green, and I practically live in those hoodies. I'm always on the lookout for their new collections so I can use that close friends code and snatch them up. Twojeys never lets me down!

I ordered some shoes about a month ago and still haven't received them. I reached out to customer service to ask about the delay, but they were no help at all. It seems like they have no clue what's happening and aren't even coordinating with each other. Now they're not even responding to me. It's frustrating!

I just got these cool peel and stick pebble tiles for my kitchen from Mosaic Tile Outlet. They came super quick and they look so pretty. I ordered some things for my kids, but they weren't feeling it so I returned them. However, waiting for my refund felt like forever. I called customer service multiple times but all they kept saying was that they couldn't do anything until their investigation was complete. Eventually, they denied me a refund because I had called too many times. My advice is to avoid shopping here and try JD Sports instead!

I had a pretty bad encounter with another sunglass company's customer service recently, so I thought I'd give this company's promo offer a shot. But, man, was I let down. The shades I was eyeing were actually discontinued, even though they were still front and center on the website. The rep I chatted with was nice, but the whole thing just left me feeling irritated and bummed out.

I've been ordering from Prime Reserve a lot since the pandemic started, and I have to say, their cuts are top-notch. The filets are just as good as ones you'd get at fancy restaurants, almost like something from Capital Grille. One thing I really like is that I can split up my orders and use different coupons for each shipment, which makes it easier to send gifts to different people. And let me tell you, the creamed corn, fries, and other sides they offer are so tasty. And don't even get me started on the desserts - the chocolate soufflés and apple tartlets are the perfect way to finish off a great meal.
