I can't believe how bold this company is claiming to be trustworthy when they're clearly not! I gave them all my documents and signed their agreement, and now I've been waiting a whole week for the money to show up in my account. And nothing. When I try to reach out to them, they conveniently ignore all my calls. After reading other people's reviews, I'm completely convinced that this service is just a scam. Avoid them at all costs!

In general, I had a good experience with this company. They offered me a loan that was fair and really helped me out. The whole process was easy to follow and I got my money quickly. The only downside was that the interest rate and fees were a little high, so I ended up giving them 3 stars.

Loan repayment through a financial service
I just finished paying off a loan through a financial service that got bought out by another company. Everything was going smoothly until it was time for the last payment. Even though I confirmed with customer service that June would be the final payment, I was surprised to see a new charge for the same amount on my account the very next day. There wasn't a clear explanation online, but after reaching out to customer service, I found out it was an auto-generated balloon payment for loan maturity. What really bothered me was that this charge was supposed to be my last payment as well. The lack of transparency and not being able to see account details without having to ask specifically for them was frustrating. I'm still waiting on documentation from customer service, and this whole ordeal has left a bad taste in my mouth.

I had a really annoying experience with the payment system for my loan. When I tried to make my monthly payment, I realized that I couldn't make any extra payments online to pay off the principal faster.
