I got sucked in because they said they could help fix my credit score, but it turns out they're using shady lending tactics. This company won't be straight with me, won't talk to me, and they're messing up my payments on purpose. They lied about not reporting negative credit stuff and they're using fake ads online. Don't fall for it, this company is a total scam.

My Growace experience wasn't what I thought it would be. I bought a hydroponic grow tent and had a problem with the shipment. But, their customer service team was super easy to get a hold of and got back to me quickly within a day. They kept me in the loop the whole time and fixed the problem fast. Even though things got off to a rough start, I was really impressed with how well Growace took care of me.

I had a really bad experience with customer service recently. I got an order I had cancelled before, and when I tried to return it and get my money back, I couldn't get through to anyone. This has been going on since January and it's been super annoying and taking forever to fix.

One blade subscription
I am so frustrated with the customer service from this company. I signed up for their subscription service for the one blade, made my first payment, and got an email saying it was on its way. But it never arrived. After loads of phone calls and complaints, I found out it's stuck at customs and should come by the end of last week. Now, it's been weeks and still nothing. No one wants to help me or give me a refund. And to top it all off, they keep trying to take money from my account. I suggest avoiding this company and choosing a more trustworthy one.

Wrong parts purchased
I messed up by ordering the wrong parts, so I contacted them to ask about returning them since they didn't work for me. They told me in an email that I would get a credit once I got a RMA. But it's been 5 months now, and there's still no progress. I've been sending emails to follow up, but I hardly get any responses and they're super slow. It's really frustrating to see such bad communication and lack of follow-through from them. I highly recommend not doing business with this company.

I'm usually not one to write reviews, but I really had to share my great experience with this company. So, a friend recommended some hair products to me and I was shocked by how well they worked. My bleached hair looked amazing - the color stayed vibrant and my hair felt super soft and hydrated. Then, during a Black Friday sale, I went a little crazy and bought more than I should have. I tried to cancel my order, but it was already on its way. Luckily, the customer service was top-notch. The person I talked to was so helpful, understanding, and actually gave me a full refund, telling me to keep the products too. I was blown away by how nice and generous they were. Clothing purchase in March
I bought some clothes from this company back in March, but I'm having a problem with my order. It was supposed to arrive by April 7th, but now it's already April 30th and there's been no change in the status. I reached out to customer service, and they told me there's a delay of another 15 days because they're low on products. I'm pretty disappointed with the lack of communication about this delay. Now I'm just sitting here, feeling anxious and not knowing when my order will finally show up.

I absolutely love this foundation, it just makes my skin look incredibly smooth and flawless! The makeup sponge is super soft and blends everything together really nicely. I think this program is honestly not worth it. The teaching quality is pretty bad - the videos are basically just taken from YouTube, the mentor doesn't really help much, and there are a bunch of mistakes on the dashboard. My advice? Don't bother spending your money on this, just teach yourself the material instead.
