3-Pack of drink mix purchase
I recently bought a 3-Pack of drink mix from Factory Supply Outlet and, even though it took a while, I finally got my order like I was supposed to. The ordering process had some issues, like being on hold for a long time and not getting online updates about my order, but the customer service reps I talked to were nice and gave me the right info about my order. The delivery took longer than I wanted, but the pricing from Factory Supply Outlet was really good and I did get the product I wanted. In general, if you're not in a hurry to get what you ordered and want a good deal, I'd suggest looking into Factory Supply Outlet.
Staff communication
My experience with Factory Supply Outlet was actually better than I thought it would be. I had to reach out to their customer service to check on my order, which ended up being a day late. Man, this company is a total nightmare to work with. I tried to buy some tools and equipment from them, and it's been a disaster from beginning to end. The prices were super low, which should've been a warning sign, but I didn't pay attention. When I tried to reach out for help, they said I could only get in touch through chat or email. So, I decided to shoot them an email. I sent a bunch of emails about combining my shipments, getting my orders, and asking for a refund. But all I got in return were automated responses with case numbers, saying they'd get back to me. Well, surprise - they never did. I even gave them my number for a call back, but that never happened either. It's clear they don't actually care about helping their customers. In the end, I had to take things into my own hands and file a claim with my credit card company just to try and get my money back. Seriously, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company.
Wrong part received
I was one of the unlucky folks who got the wrong part from this company. I heard some bad stuff about them, but still took a gamble. Man, that was a bad call. Not only did I get the wrong thing, but trying to reach out to them is a complete mess. It's like they don't want to deal with customer problems at all. I'm so let down and annoyed with how this all went down. Should've listened to those reviews before hitting that buy button.
SAE 20W-20 fluid
Deceptive website description of delivery times caused great inconvenience. I placed an order on March 8 with a delivery date of March 13. I received no mention of any delay. When I checked the order status it displayed that it was not yet fulfilled. I contacted their customer service who stated it was not yet shipped and once it is shipped it will be 4-5 business days. This order was needed to complete an important repair and will result is a one week delay on my end. Their customer service could have simply overnight delivered the package but chose instead to save a few dollars and cause damage to their customer. This is not the kind of business I would ever deal with again.

ordered number 50 roller chain on nov. 15 2023,web site says awaiting fulfillment,i have contacted them through customer service atleast 8 times with no responce.i think i have been ripped off at this point.stay away from this company
Medical supply items
I recently bought some medical supplies from Factory Supply Outlet and it's been a real letdown. I ordered them over a month ago and I still haven't gotten anything or heard anything about my order. On top of that, the customer service at Factory Supply Outlet hasn't been helpful at all when I've tried to reach out. It's really annoying to pay for something and then not get it, especially when the company won't even respond to me. This kind of shady stuff is not okay, so I'm gonna have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
Tool kit
I recently bought a tool kit from Factory Supply Outlet, and let me tell you, I am super let down by the whole thing. I ordered it, but it's been stuck on "Waiting Fulfillment" for over a month now. And to make matters worse, they charged my credit card on April 12, but there's been no sign of my package. I've tried to get a refund through their website multiple times, but no luck. Their Live Chat feature never seems to work, and there are never any agents around. I even tried calling their customer service line, but I was on hold for over an hour with no answer. I was so desperate that I contacted the BBB and left a negative review on their site, but still no response. All in all, I suggest you stay away from this company.
Lucas low viscosity oil treatment
I bought the Lucas low viscosity oil treatment for a really good deal, way cheaper than the other guys. Scored big time with a bulk order of 12 units and saved a bunch of cash. Only downside was waiting forever - had to wait a whole six weeks before they even shipped it out. Luckily, I wasn't in a rush for it, but if you need something quick, this might not be the place to order from. No idea what took them so long, but man, it was annoying.
Hand files purchase
I had a really bad experience with Factory Supply Outlet. I needed a set of hand files for a project, but they took forever to ship them. Because of this, I couldn't finish my job on time as the tools arrived too late. When I asked to cancel the order, they said they would but never actually did. On top of that, they didn't give me a refund like they said they would and ignored all my emails. Because they messed up so many times, I won't be buying from them again.
Multiple items
I bought something from the outlet and man, it was a disaster. Ordering was a pain and took forever. It took more than six months to finally get what I paid for. By then, I was so fed up with waiting that I asked for my money back. But guess what? It's been over a year and I still haven't seen that refund.
