A cool toolbox
I bought this toolbox from Factory Supply Outlet and man, I was really looking forward to using it to fix up my bike! But then the delivery took way longer than expected. The website promised it would arrive by Friday, but it didn't show up until the following Monday. I was so frustrated because I was counting on it to complete my bike project before the weekend. When I reached out to customer service, all they said was, "Oops, sorry we forgot to mention the delay." That was not cool at all.
2 item order
My experience with Factory Supply Outlet was really disappointing. I ordered 2 items back in August, but I only got 1 after waiting for 2 whole months. I tried to contact them several times about the missing item, but didn't hear back from them at all. It's obvious that their customer service and order fulfillment is lacking. Overall, it was just a really frustrating experience.
Tools and equipment
Man, this company is a total nightmare to work with. I tried to buy some tools and equipment from them, and it's been a disaster from beginning to end. The prices were super low, which should've been a warning sign, but I didn't pay attention. When I tried to reach out for help, they said I could only get in touch through chat or email. So, I decided to shoot them an email. I sent a bunch of emails about combining my shipments, getting my orders, and asking for a refund. But all I got in return were automated responses with case numbers, saying they'd get back to me. Well, surprise - they never did. I even gave them my number for a call back, but that never happened either. It's clear they don't actually care about helping their customers. In the end, I had to take things into my own hands and file a claim with my credit card company just to try and get my money back. Seriously, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company.
Hydraulic oil purchase
Seriously, do not even think about buying anything from this company, it's a complete mess. Save yourself the trouble and get out of there! I tried to get a 5-gallon hydraulic oil back in December and it was just a nightmare. We tried to cancel the order, but it still ended up shipping in February. Then, returning it was a disaster, took four tries just to get the return order. After sending it back, no refund in sight, had to do a credit chargeback with VISA. And now they're sending me rude letters even though I returned the item. It's like they have no idea what they're doing. Stay away from this disaster, seriously!
Wrong part received
I was one of the unlucky folks who got the wrong part from this company. I heard some bad stuff about them, but still took a gamble. Man, that was a bad call. Not only did I get the wrong thing, but trying to reach out to them is a complete mess. It's like they don't want to deal with customer problems at all. I'm so let down and annoyed with how this all went down. Should've listened to those reviews before hitting that buy button.
Wrong parts purchased
I messed up by ordering the wrong parts, so I contacted them to ask about returning them since they didn't work for me. They told me in an email that I would get a credit once I got a RMA. But it's been 5 months now, and there's still no progress. I've been sending emails to follow up, but I hardly get any responses and they're super slow. It's really frustrating to see such bad communication and lack of follow-through from them. I highly recommend not doing business with this company.
SAE 20W-20 fluid
Deceptive website description of delivery times caused great inconvenience. I placed an order on March 8 with a delivery date of March 13. I received no mention of any delay. When I checked the order status it displayed that it was not yet fulfilled. I contacted their customer service who stated it was not yet shipped and once it is shipped it will be 4-5 business days. This order was needed to complete an important repair and will result is a one week delay on my end. Their customer service could have simply overnight delivered the package but chose instead to save a few dollars and cause damage to their customer. This is not the kind of business I would ever deal with again.

I just bought some tools and gear from Factory Supply Outlet and I gotta say, I'm really happy with how everything turned out. The stuff I got was high-quality and just right for the projects I'm working on. Their website was super easy to use, made it a breeze to find exactly what I needed.

ordered number 50 roller chain on nov. 15 2023,web site says awaiting fulfillment,i have contacted them through customer service atleast 8 times with no responce.i think i have been ripped off at this point.stay away from this company

I ordered something from that store a while back, but it still hasn't arrived! I tried giving them a call, but I was stuck waiting on hold for what felt like forever and never got through to a real person. They told me I'd get a refund, but I haven't received anything yet.

Lucas low viscosity oil treatment
I bought the Lucas low viscosity oil treatment for a really good deal, way cheaper than the other guys. Scored big time with a bulk order of 12 units and saved a bunch of cash. Only downside was waiting forever - had to wait a whole six weeks before they even shipped it out. Luckily, I wasn't in a rush for it, but if you need something quick, this might not be the place to order from. No idea what took them so long, but man, it was annoying.
