    Expensive product

    I was so pumped to snag this item, but boy was I disappointed. First off, it's way too expensive for what it offers. The quality isn't top-notch, and it feels bulky on my wrist. Plus, switching it between clip mode is a hassle. And after dealing with all that, it didn't even seem to make a difference for me. In my book, it's a waste of money. The concept is neat, but the actual product falls short.

    My designer was amazing! She really got my style and what I like, and made a design that's totally me. She didn't just follow the latest trends, she really cared about making something just for me. I love what she did with my living room - the colors, the furniture, the artwork, it all looks great together. I wouldn't have been able to pick these things out on my own.

    High mountain boots for experienced climbers

    I really loved these high mountain boots when I first got them, I've even climbed Rosa twice in them! But after a few years, the plastic part in the back started falling apart... it feels like I wasted my money. The customer service was no help at first, and then they said it's out of warranty (it's been over 2 years now). I hate to say it, but my Meindl boots have lasted me 20 years and are still going strong.

    Grasshopper really saved the day for me after the total nightmare with Phone.com. Getting my virtual phone system up and running with Grasshopper was a piece of cake, and it's been a great fit for my little side hustle. I love how easy and simple the features are to use, making it super easy to stay on top of my calls and messages.     Stylish shoes purchased online

    I usually like to try on shoes in person before I buy them, so I was a little unsure about ordering online. But I saw a pair that I really liked on the website and decided to take a chance. I was happily surprised by how great the shoes were and how smoothly everything went from start to finish. They kept me updated on when my shoes would arrive, so I always knew what was going on. When the shoes came, they were packed well and fit perfectly. I was really impressed with the whole process and will definitely be shopping with them again.

    Trello account migration

    The migration to Atlassian just really threw me for a loop. They made me move my Trello account over, and bam - all my boards were gone. I've been fighting tooth and nail to get them back, but it's been a total nightmare. I'm honestly thinking about looking for a different tool at this point.

    I haven't yet placed an order. Would love to buy something They haven't replied to my query since March 29th. I have sent at least 3 emails. Ridiculous! There is not even a tel ... for me to call for my query or to place an order if I was interested. What happened to customer service in this day n age!? Sure, maybe they're busy. But 1 month of back logs on email. I doubt it. There is no excuse. Would love for them to contact me!

    Online purchase from Crabtree & Evelyn Website

    I got very poor service from Crabtree & Evelyn.
    I ordered the product online around November 10th. It's been a month and the product never arrive.

    I contact the service department starting from November 23rd because it's passed 8-10 days of delivery time. The reply overall from the agent is like this:

    1. Around November 24th she Ask me to wait for another week. I waited, then it hasn't arrived. I replied to her.
    2. She come back on December 3rd says they are happy to refund or organise a new shipment. I replied right away and says yes please have a refund.
    3. Since I never got confirmation until December 8th, I asked again. And on December 9th, she said, oh we will organaize a new shipment to you. And it will arrive next week.

    This is sooooo not acceptable. It's way passing the first committed delivery date, and when they offer refund and I accepted, they change their mind. And after she said she is going to offer a new shipment, I don't even get the confirmation or tracking number and don't even know if this refund is going to arrive.

    NOT ACCEPTABLE!
