My experience with Modsy was amazing! I was really struggling to make my living room look put together and nicely designed. But, once I started working with my designer, Jessica, I was absolutely shocked by how great everything turned out. She really took the time to understand what I wanted and needed, and she went above and beyond to surpass my expectations. Jessica helped me add those final details that really brought the room together, making it feel like it truly represents my style. Now, I feel like I'm living in a show home, all thanks to Jessica and Modsy. I will definitely be reaching out to them for any future design projects.

I bought some stuff for my living room decor not too long ago and I was pretty happy with how it all turned out. But I ran into a few problems with getting charged too much and one item being backordered. I tried reaching out to customer service through email, but didn't hear back from them at all about the backordered item. Plus, they said I could make as many design changes as I wanted, but the link to the designer stopped working after a couple of months.

It just felt like a big letdown to be promised something that wasn't actually available.

But all I got were two basic suggestions - paint a wall and get a rug. They were so basic, I could have found better stuff on Pinterest for free. I felt like I totally wasted my time and money because there was no creativity or real value in what they offered.
Lake house design advice
I asked Modsy for some design advice for a room in our lake house that all my grandkids could enjoy. Working with them was a great experience! The designer I teamed up with was really on the ball and their ideas totally fit my style. The only bummer was that the bunk beds they recommended were too pricey for me. But all in all, I was happy with the service and the design suggestions they came up with.
