Mediocre experience with SpareFoot storage solutions
I've had mixed experiences with SpareFoot. On one hand, it's been incredibly useful for finding storage units. The website is easy to navigate and the filters make it simple to find exactly what I'm looking for in terms of size and location. Plus, the ability to reserve a unit and even pay for it online is a huge plus.
On the other hand, I've had some issues with customer service. I've called a few times to inquire about different units and ask for more information, but the representatives I've spoken with haven't been all that helpful. They've seemed a bit disinterested and not willing to go the extra mile to assist me.
Overall, I think SpareFoot is a solid choice if you're looking for a storage unit. Just don't expect top-notch customer service.First time using storage
This was my first time using storage, and let me tell you, it was pretty cool. I was exhausted from packing all day, so I was really thankful the manager was there to give me a hand. It did take a little bit of time to get everything set up, but Gary was incredibly helpful and even let me borrow a cool lock for my unit. The facility was really great too, they had carts to make it easier for you to move your stuff. It was convenient for me, especially since I was handling everything solo. Huge shoutout to Gary for being so awesome!
Storage unit rental experience
I just rented a storage unit online and man, it was a breeze! The website was super easy to use, and I found the perfect unit in no time. The online process saved me a ton of time and hassle too, so that was a plus. I've rented storage units in the past, but this time was the smoothest by far. The place itself is nice, clean, and looks good, which really added to the whole experience. Thanks for the awesome service!
Storage unit reservation
I was pretty bummed out at first when a neighbor told me the storage spot was full and they couldn't help me out anymore. But I didn't give up! I went online and found another place that had a spot open. I set up a meeting right away to talk about renting it. I'm so happy with how everything worked out and I feel really lucky that things turned around for me.

Booking online was a breeze, and everything went smoothly without any hassle.

Daniel was seriously the best! He knew absolutely everything about storage and was so helpful. It was like talking to some kind of super smart robot or something. Camping trailer storage
I'm really frustrated because I feel like my time was totally wasted. I specifically told them the measurements of my 20-foot camping trailer and they told me they had an indoor space with a 10' x 30' rolling door. So, this morning I hooked up my trailer and made the trip to the storage area only to find out they didn't actually have the space they guaranteed. So annoying! 🤨🇺🇸
