Misleading pricing
It's such a scam! I tell you one price on the phone, but then they show up and charge double. The truck gets here empty, and the workers seem like they can't even lift a finger, let alone move my heavy furniture. It feels like a bait and switch kind of thing, going after people who aren't expecting it. I'd say steer clear of them!
Furniture removal and moving service
Oh my gosh, let me tell you about the awesome experience I had with these guys! We had a ton of old furniture that we needed to get rid of and they showed up right on time, were really friendly, and got it all done so quickly. It was seriously like magic. And they even helped us move this really heavy item that we couldn't manage on our own. Big shoutout to Justin and Cameron for being amazing with their service. You guys are awesome!
Junk removal service review
I had a really bad experience with this company. They were late, didn't bring enough people or trucks as they said they would, and ended up charging me extra for their errors. When I tried talking to the office about it, they were rude and argued with me instead of trying to fix the problem. It was just really frustrating and disappointing overall.

I had these two awesome dudes show up at my place on October 16th, 2023 - Keeran and Olad. These guys were total pros and knocked out a huge job in only 4 hours. My house was a disaster zone with bulky stuff all over, but they handled it like champs. This company is top-notch! They were so friendly and courteous, really made the whole process enjoyable.

I had to get rid of some stuff from my house real quick because my husband passed away and I had to move out. I called a junk removal service and was kinda worried about getting ripped off, but lucky for me, everything went smoothly. The crew showed up on time, were really nice, and got the job done fast. It was a weight off my shoulders to have one less thing to stress about during such a tough time.
Cleaned out house
Man, always being busy is the worst, you know what I mean? My place was a total mess because I never had a chance to clean up. But I decided to hire this clean-up crew, and boy, they were awesome! Alexandria and her team were so nice and they got right to work. They cleared out all the clutter in my place crazy fast, it was nuts! If I ever need to clean up or move again, I am for sure giving them a call. Seriously, request Alexandria, she's the best.

Wow, I just have to say, that junk removal service was absolutely amazing! They were so professional and efficient through the whole thing. Heavy treadmill removal
I just reached out to this company to help me get rid of this super heavy old treadmill that was taking up space in my house. When I first had it delivered, the movers had a hard time trying to squeeze it through the door. But the two guys from this company had no trouble at all - they found a way to get it out without causing any damage. Their online customer service was also great in giving me a good price for the job. I was really impressed with how fast and efficient they were. I'm thinking about calling them again next time I need help moving something heavy.
Junk removal service
At 2:00 pm, but they were running a little late from their other job. The guys, Ed and Gordon, were really great and cleared out most of our small stuff like empty boxes, kids' toys, and dishes. They even managed to haul away a large dining table, a small bookcase, and a reclining chair. We also had to say goodbye to a mattress and box spring due to space and budget constraints. They mentioned they would handle the remaining items with "City Refuge" at a later time. Overall, they met our expectations, especially when the unexpected storm hit. I would definitely give them a call next time we need junk removed.

Overinflated pricing
I had to get rid of some junk recently and decided to hire a removal service. I was totally surprised by how they handled pricing. When I called to book, they gave me a quote based on the space my stuff would take up in the truck. But when they showed up on the scheduled day, the price they quoted me was way higher. To top it off, they were late too, which was annoying. The final price they slapped me with was almost double what they had originally said. It honestly felt like they were trying to pull a fast one on me. I ended up shelling out way more money than I planned for, and needless to say, I was pretty let down by the whole ordeal.
Furniture removal
Man, Mark and Daniel were awesome when they came to pick up our extra furniture. Mark kept us in the loop about their arrival time and they were really careful not to damage any walls. They were so friendly and did a fantastic job! It seemed like they were actually enjoying themselves while hauling our stuff away, and we were happy with the price. If we ever need help again, we'll definitely give them a call!

Removal service experience
I recently hired a removal service to clear out some stuff from my home. The movers were really good and nice, which made everything easy. But, when I got the receipt by email, I saw they overcharged me. I emailed customer service right away, but they didn't get back to me. Even though the movers were great, it was frustrating to not hear back from customer service. From now on, I'll be more careful when using services like this and will double-check all the paperwork before agreeing to anything.
Quick junk removal service
The service was quick and all, but their customer service was just awful. They somehow lost my cat and I couldn't reach anyone to help me find it. I'm really upset with how they didn't take any responsibility for it.
Removal of bedroom suite
Jonathan and Noah were amazing at getting our bedroom furniture out of the bedroom on the third floor. They did it really fast, so professional, and they were always smiling. I was really impressed by how they got everything done without messing up anything in the house. I would totally tell anyone who needs junk removed to call them for sure.
