Faulty wine fridge return
I recently had to deal with the customer service team at this company, and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. I sent multiple emails and waited almost six weeks for them to pick up the faulty wine fridge for return. However, they told me I couldn't get a refund because it was past the 14-day return window. I have written approval from the company on April 16th for the refund, but they still won't give it to me. It's unbelievable how they can just ignore their own agreements and not do the right thing. I ended up buying a competitor's brand because of their confirmation email, and now they won't stand by it. This shady and deceitful behavior is not okay, and I will definitely make sure to share my bad experience with others.

Treadmill removal from basement
I just had some guys take out a treadmill from my basement. At first, they ran into some problems, but they fixed it quickly and did a good job. They were nice and upfront about everything, which I liked. The price was fair and made sense to me. I'd definitely call them up again if I need help in the future.
