Stand mixer purchase
I had a really bad experience with customer service. I bought a stand mixer and the paddle broke the first time I used it on a low speed while making a cake mix. I contacted customer support and after waiting a week, they basically said they don't provide spare parts and just wished me a nice day. It was no help at all, they might as well have just told me to get lost. Dealing with their customer service was super frustrating, to say the least.
Faulty wine fridge return
I recently had to deal with the customer service team at this company, and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. I sent multiple emails and waited almost six weeks for them to pick up the faulty wine fridge for return. However, they told me I couldn't get a refund because it was past the 14-day return window. I have written approval from the company on April 16th for the refund, but they still won't give it to me. It's unbelievable how they can just ignore their own agreements and not do the right thing. I ended up buying a competitor's brand because of their confirmation email, and now they won't stand by it. This shady and deceitful behavior is not okay, and I will definitely make sure to share my bad experience with others.
Electric kettle purchase
This company has some really good products, but man, their customer service is seriously lacking. I had this small problem with my electric kettle, and instead of helping me out, they basically just blew me off. Like, come on, I thought they were supposed to have top-notch customer service. I definitely won't be buying from them again.
Induction hob purchase
The induction hob I bought was awesome and the price was really good, just what I needed. It works perfectly and I have no issues with how well it performs. The only thing that bothered me was how long it took to ship. It took a whole 8 days to arrive because it was coming all the way from Germany. That was a big inconvenience for me since I needed it right away. If it wasn't for that delay, I would have rated it even higher.
Hot water dispenser purchase
The customer service at this company was amazing. They kept me in the loop with updates from the moment I ordered. Whenever I had a question about the product, the customer service team was super helpful and knowledgeable. The hot water dispenser I got is top-notch and has really improved my daily routine. I definitely recommend this company for their great customer service and high-quality products.
Large kitchen item purchase
My experience with the company was terrible. I purchased a large kitchen item that arrived damaged. Even though their return policy said they would pick up returns, they wouldn't do it. Since we are a disabled household, it was important for us since the item was heavy and big. They made us take it to the post office and follow strict instructions just to possibly get a refund. We were left with a broken item and lost over £220. Even after PayPal stepped in, they still wouldn't do anything. It's clear they don't care about treating customers right and their customer service was terrible. Other recent reviews show this isn't a one-time thing, with other customers facing the same unhelpful treatment. The way they treated us was just plain wrong.
Cooker hood touch controls issue
I just bought a cooker hood and the touch controls for the lights went bad shortly after I got it set up. I contacted the company, and they said I needed a replacement. But the way they wanted me to go about it was not practical at all. They told me to take apart the hood I already put in and send it back before they'd send me a new one. That would mean I'd be without a hood for a while, which I can't deal with. This whole situation made me realize that this company's products are not reliable and are low-quality. On top of that, their customer service was terrible.
Slow delivery and unhelpful customer service
I recently bought a home appliance from an online store, but the whole experience ended up being a huge letdown. They said it would take 3-5 days to get my order, but I waited for three weeks without hearing anything. I finally decided to contact their customer service, and was shocked to learn that they used a different delivery company than the one they originally told me. This mix-up messed up the tracking info, and left me feeling all confused. It made me so frustrated that the company wasn't keeping me updated. I tried reaching out to the new delivery company, but they were pretty unhelpful and couldn't arrange for the item to be delivered.
Defective compact refrigerator purchase
I bought a little fridge from Klarstein on Amazon.de, but it came broken and doesn't work. I got in touch with Klarstein on Amazon to get a new one. They got the broken fridge back but haven't given me any updates. I reached out to them a bunch of times but they haven't said anything about when I'll get a replacement. It's been really frustrating and disappointing dealing with the lack of communication and resolution.
Wine cooler purchase
I recently bought this really cool wine cooler from this company, and let me tell you, it's amazing! I wanted to ask a simple question about how thick the door is, and they took forever to get back to me. I mean, really?! If they can't even answer a basic question, how can I trust them if something goes wrong with the cooler? It's so frustrating. And when they finally did reply, they said they didn't even have a tape measure to check the door thickness. I mean, are you serious? How can a company not have a tape measure? It just doesn't make sense. They really need to step up their customer service. It's just ridiculous!
Two oversized electric blankets
I gotta tell you, these electric blankets I got last year were a great buy! They're big, super comfy, and really warm up fast. The best part is they have a safety cut off after 3 hours, so you don't have to worry. I like using them under a quilt to keep all the heat in and make it even cozier. And they don't cost much to run, which is a major win. I got them thinking ahead because I wasn't sure how easy it would be to get them fixed in the future. The only downside was the website I had to use to order them was a real pain to figure out. Even though they're made of fleece - not my usual choice - these blankets have totally exceeded my expectations. I'm really happy with my purchase.
Range cooker hood purchase
I just got a range cooker hood from this company and I haven't opened it up yet, but I know it's gonna be awesome once it gets installed next week. The whole ordering and delivery process was top-notch. They kept me updated every step of the way and the whole thing has been fantastic. I've already told my friends and coworkers about this company.
Portable Electric Grill
The customer service at this company is really great. I was so surprised at how quickly they sent out and got my order to me. The price was fair, and my portable electric grill is working perfectly without any smoke. I also appreciated that they switched the EU plug for a UK plug for me.
Air Fryer
That online shopping experience was amazing! The customer service was so great - they kept me informed every step of the way, from ordering to delivery. And you know what? The delivery was incredibly fast, even quicker than I thought! The product was just like they described and worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend shopping here!
Stand Mixer purchase
I recently bought a stand mixer from this company and at first, everything was great. The mixer was top-notch and worked really well for my baking. But things started going downhill about a year ago. It seems like the company might not be around anymore because I can't make any more purchases. Their website is still up, which is confusing and annoying. I keep getting ads and deals, but every time I try to buy something, it doesn't work. This has made me feel unsure and let down. I used to count on this company for good stuff, but now I'm not sure what's happening.
Wine fridge never arrived
I ordered a wine fridge, but it never showed up. They told me it got sent back to the warehouse for having the wrong address, but I'm positive I gave them the right one! Their customer service is awful, too. They completely ignored my calls and emails.
Damaged CD player hifi
I bought a CD player hifi from this company recently. When I got the package, I was super bummed out because the item was clearly not brand new. The batteries were all messed up inside, which damaged the battery case. Plus, some of the lights on the LED didn't even work, and the remote control looked like it was used before and wasn't functioning properly. I reached out to customer service to ask for a refund, but they first tried to convince me to keep the item for 20% off. I said no and asked for an exchange, but they said they didn't have any more in stock and offered the 20% discount again. After pushing for a refund, they said they could only give it once they got the product back and warned about possible penalties for any damage. It's been two weeks since I returned it, but they say they haven't received it yet. I'm also having trouble getting assistance from DHL to track the package. Overall, this has definitely been my worst online shopping experience ever.
Appliances purchase
I just bought some appliances online and I was really happy with how good they turned out to be. Ordering them was easy and I even got a discount on them. The package arrived without any problems, but I noticed that a few accessories were missing. Even though that happened, the customer service team was nice and got back to me quickly about the missing items. I hope they send them soon. All in all, it wasn't too bad of an experience and I'll definitely think about buying from them again in the future.
Air fryer purchase
The air fryer I got from this company was top-notch and exactly what was described on the website. The customer service was really helpful in helping me pick the right model for me. But man, the delivery process was a total letdown. The courier gave me the wrong delivery time and then expected me to go pick it up myself at their spot, which was a huge hassle because I don't have a car. I had to bite the bullet and hire a taxi to go get the delivery, which cost me extra money I wasn't planning on. It's a shame that the delivery experience was so bad because the product itself was awesome.
High-expectation coffee machine
My wife is extremely picky about her coffee. She has high standards and always wants the best brew possible. So, when we got this new coffee machine, I wasn't sure if it would pass her test. But, after giving it a go, I can proudly say that it did! The flavor is fantastic, the smell is wonderful, and the whole brewing process is top-of-the-line. I think it's safe to say that this machine isn't going anywhere - it's a keeper in our kitchen.
