Slow delivery and unhelpful customer service
I recently bought a home appliance from an online store, but the whole experience ended up being a huge letdown. They said it would take 3-5 days to get my order, but I waited for three weeks without hearing anything. I finally decided to contact their customer service, and was shocked to learn that they used a different delivery company than the one they originally told me. This mix-up messed up the tracking info, and left me feeling all confused. It made me so frustrated that the company wasn't keeping me updated. I tried reaching out to the new delivery company, but they were pretty unhelpful and couldn't arrange for the item to be delivered.

Expedited shipping
I paid more for fast shipping thinking my stuff would get here by a certain day. But nope, the company didn't even ship my order until after that day, even though I coughed up a bunch of extra cash for speedy delivery. And to top it off, when I tried to track my package, they gave me bogus tracking numbers that just made me even more annoyed.

Online shopping experience
My experience with online shopping lately hasn't been great because the packaging quality has gone downhill. Before, everything would come nicely packed with a dust bag for some things, but now it's not as good. I'm worried about whether the stuff I'm getting is real or good quality, especially from brands like Adidas and Guess. I really hope they fix this soon because it's making me doubt the company's products.
