Recent online purchase experience
I had a really bad experience with an online store recently. Most of my order got canceled for no reason and the rest still hasn't shown up, even though they said it would be here by now. I'm pretty annoyed about the lack of updates and information on what's going on with my order. It's made me not want to shop there again.
Online shopping experience
My experience with online shopping lately hasn't been great because the packaging quality has gone downhill. Before, everything would come nicely packed with a dust bag for some things, but now it's not as good. I'm worried about whether the stuff I'm getting is real or good quality, especially from brands like Adidas and Guess. I really hope they fix this soon because it's making me doubt the company's products.
Returned item worth $200+
I can't believe how bold this company is. It's been two whole months since I sent back my item, and they haven't refunded me a single cent of the $200+ I spent. I've reached out to customer service so many times, and all I get back are more delays and excuses. It's just not right for them to keep my money like this, and it's so irritating. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money on this shady company.
Quick delivery disappointment
I recently bought something thinking I'd get it super fast, like the very next day. But it's been three entire days now and my order still hasn't shown up. When I reached out to customer service, all they did was confirm my purchase and offer zero help. I'm pretty upset and annoyed with this whole situation.
Bad communication, terrible customer handling
My recent purchase was a total disaster. ZALORA didn't communicate at all, and their customer service was just terrible. Partnering with Entrego only added to the mess. It's so annoying to shell out money for a company that can't give us the service we deserve. And to top it off, the express delivery they promised took a whopping 5 days to get here in NCR, Makati. How is this kind of service still okay in this day and age?
XS dresses, tight-fitting pants
All the orders have been right so far, but some of the house-brand styles are a bit iffy with weird armhole cuts and waist sizes that don't quite match up. Make sure to check out the photos closely before buying anything.
A super cool shirt
Man, I had the worst shopping experience ever! I got this awesome shirt from them, but when I tried to return it because it didn't fit right, I couldn't because their delivery status wasn't updated on time. And then, even after I finally submitted the return, no one came to pick up the package. It's like they're trying to keep my money and not give me a refund! So frustrating, ugh!
Clothing delivery issue
I just wanted to share a really bad experience I had with an online retailer's courier service recently. They were supposed to deliver some clothes that cost me a good chunk of change, but the package never made it to me. I tried contacting customer service a bunch of times, but they couldn't give me a decent answer or solution. Just a heads up, I'd advise others to be super careful if they're thinking about using this courier service.
Disappointing experience

Red Stag and Hind item
I recently purchased a Red Stag and Hind item from ZALORA about a week ago, but I haven't heard a single update from them despite reaching out multiple times. They just keep telling me to wait it out or cancel my order. Frustrated, I decided to contact Red Stag and Hind directly, only to discover that they had no record of my purchase at all. It seems like ZALORA can't be relied upon for purchases, and you're left to deal with the consequences on your own. Their customer service is seriously lacking, and all they seem to be able to offer are refunds as a solution.
Dress purchase
Ordering was so easy, and the dress I got looked just like the picture. Customer service got back to me quickly with any questions I had, and returning the dress was a piece of cake whether I did it online or by phone. But the one downside was the delivery guy on the motorcycle - he was kind of rude. He made me go outside the building to get my dress instead of bringing it to me at my office, even though I spent 4K on the order.
Next day shipment
I just had the worst experience with this online store. I shelled out extra money for next day shipping, but instead got my order weeks later. And on top of that, the product I received was busted and totally defective. When I reached out to customer service for a refund, they tried to tell me everything was fine even though I made it clear that the item was not working. It's safe to say, this retailer is a total scam and I will definitely not be giving them my business again.
Quick purchase of clothing
I got some clothes from an online shop recently, but they took forever to ship it out with no updates. It ended up taking 7 whole days for them to send it, while other sites were already delivering packages from abroad to my doorstep. I'm pretty annoyed and let down by their lack of communication. Seems like a bunch of other people are dealing with the same problem, so they really need to step up their game and make things better if they want to keep customers coming back.
Adidas Continental 80 purchase
I just bought a pair of sneakers from ZALORA, the Adidas Continental 80 to be exact. But, man, when that package finally showed up, it was a major letdown. The box was all banged up and the shoes had some dark stains on them. Honestly, I've seen knockoffs on other sites that were better quality. I tried leaving a review on ZALORA's site, but it looks like they filtered it out. All in all, this whole experience has been a bummer and I'm definitely not buying from ZALORA again.
Size measurements inaccurate
The size measurements were totally wrong! I tried to complain to customer service, but they were super rude and acted like they knew everything. They always think they're right, even when they make a mistake. I've shopped here a couple times before, but I'm definitely done now!
Defective coat purchase
Oh my gosh, so I bought this coat and it was seriously terrible. Like, it was all messed up and I had to return it, but then they said they wouldn't refund me because I didn't include the stupid plastic bag it came in. Who even keeps those bags, right? And then they tried to charge me to send the messed up coat back to me. Like, seriously, I don't even want it anymore! This has got to be the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Definitely don't waste your time with this place, it's a total rip-off.
Alfio Raldo shoes stained
I recently bought a pair of Alfio Raldo shoes from this store and was bummed when they arrived with stains on the white leather part. I hadn't even worn them yet, they were still in the box, so it was definitely a packaging issue. I contacted customer service about it, but they wouldn't exchange them because it had been over 30 days (4 weeks after delivery). It was a letdown and I won't be buying from them again.
Fast delivery paid, delayed
I ordered something and shelled out extra cash for fast delivery, but it's been a whole week and still no package! I tried reaching out about it but all I'm getting are these weak excuses about Covid and Ukraine. So not cool!
Off white dress and boots
I gotta be honest, I was really let down by ZALORA. I mean, they've always been known for being on top of their game, but those pictures on their website? Totally misleading. I ordered this off white dress and it came in this bright yellow shade. And don't even get me started on those boots - they looked nothing like the cool pair they had online. It's just the worst when you get something that's way lower quality than what you were expecting. After this mess, I don't think I'll be ordering from ZALORA again anytime soon.
leggings
I bought some leggings a while ago and never got them. I’ve been emailing back and forth with customer service, but once I asked for a refund, they ghosted me. It was really frustrating, and I definitely wouldn’t suggest using this company. There are plenty of other online stores that actually follow through on what they promise.
