I just got this awesome personalized necklace from Ifshe and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with how well-made it is. It came in a really nice gift box and the engraving was just perfect. Quick and easy purchase process
The buying process was a breeze, the forms were simple and not too complicated to fill out. My only advice would be to break down the insurance explanations into simpler terms, especially for folks who are traveling for the first time. But, all in all, I was happy with everything and would definitely think about purchasing from them again down the road.

Billing issue dispute
My most recent experience with IHG Hotels was unfortunately not as great as I expected. The stay itself was fine, but trying to deal with a billing issue afterward has been a real headache. I asked for a refund, but the hotel didn't seem interested in helping me out. To top it off, I found out they created a rewards/membership account in my name without asking and had the wrong personal info on file. I reached out to IHG customer relations for help, asking for a copy of the info they had about me. I got an email that seemed like they understood, but when I followed up for an update, they said they couldn't assist me. The inconsistent responses and lack of interest from IHG's customer service team have been frustrating. I've told them that if I don't hear back about my information request within a week, I'll take the issue to the ICO. Hopefully, IHG will realize how serious this is and take action soon.

Off white dress and boots
I gotta be honest, I was really let down by ZALORA. I mean, they've always been known for being on top of their game, but those pictures on their website? Totally misleading. I ordered this off white dress and it came in this bright yellow shade. And don't even get me started on those boots - they looked nothing like the cool pair they had online. It's just the worst when you get something that's way lower quality than what you were expecting. After this mess, I don't think I'll be ordering from ZALORA again anytime soon.
