    This is amazing

    IHG is really awesome and i am glad that i finally get some real solution. IHG is really affordable and i am seeking the services from here a very long time. I find vacation planning much easier and hassle free. Without any doubt, i will recommend this. Welll for some people the price can be not that helpful but for staying in an exotic place with such amazing services,i prefer to pay it. As compare to my some other experiences, i recommend this for actually being worthy for the price i am paying. Its vacation trips with facilities are also helpful.

    Fantastic team, helpful staff, great views, clean rooms

    The folks at the hotel, from the concierge to the club lounge crew, were just awesome! They really went out of their way to help us have an amazing time. Our room had a great view, was super clean, and had everything we needed. We stayed for two nights and had a fantastic time. They really made us feel welcome and took extra care of me since I was in a wheelchair. It was a great experience overall!

    I just got back from a two-night stay at this hotel, and let me tell you, it was awesome! The staff there was amazing, and the rooms were super nice. The whole vibe of the hotel was just really pleasant. I'm already counting down the days until I can go back in a few months and book another stay.

    Rewards points issue

    My stay at the hotel was pretty standard for this chain, but I ran into a big issue when I tried to use my rewards points for gift cards. I was eagerly waiting for my McDonald's and Amazon gift cards to show up in the mail, but they never came. It turns out that they were not actual physical cards, but instead just some digital codes or downloads, which was not clearly explained on the website. The customer service people I talked to were not helpful at all and seemed to be dodging the problem. It really feels like they're trying to trick customers into missing out on their rewards.

    Overpriced, disappointing stay

    Our hotel stay was such a letdown. From the moment we got there, we could tell things weren't going to be great. The room was rundown and depressing, we even had to get it sprayed for bugs. The SPA was a disaster and the food at the restaurants was not only bad, but overpriced compared to other places around. And to top it off, when we tried to use our IHG points card at check out, they said this hotel doesn't do points, just a welcome drink. What kind of shady business is this?

    Review of recent best price guarantee experience

    I had this experience with a supposed best price guarantee deal that just really got under my skin. So, here's the deal - I found a better price on a third-party site and tried to get a price match. But get this, even though they claim to have the best price guarantee, I got an email saying they wouldn't give me the match because the other site didn't meet some sort of qualification. I asked for more info on this in the terms and conditions, but never heard back. What a letdown.

    Booking Disappointment

    I had a really frustrating situation with this fancy hotel chain that always talks about their top-notch perks. I've been a loyal customer for so long, so I finally wanted to use my Diamond Elite benefits by booking a room ahead of time. But to my disappointment, they told me that my room wasn't guaranteed even though I booked it 72 hours in advance. This was one of the main reasons I joined this program in the first place, so it's really disappointing to see that they didn't follow through on their promises.

    Family stay for softball tournament

    We were in town for a softball tournament and stayed at the hotel with our family. When we got there, they told us the lobby was closed, but we could use a meeting room and the pool. Since we had a big group, we were hoping there would be a spot for us to all hang out if we needed. However, when we tried to have a quick team meeting on the first night, they kicked us out of the meeting room and gave us a hard time in other parts of the hotel. The lack of help and customer service was really frustrating, especially from a nice hotel like this. We've stayed at other hotels that were being renovated and never got treated so poorly.

    IHG member disappoint

    I used to be a really loyal member of IHG and was well on my way to reaching the top level. But then covid messed everything up and I couldn't travel like I used to. Now I'm starting over from scratch and honestly, the hotels just aren't cutting it. They smell funky, the carpets are musty, and it seems like everything is falling apart. I've been finding much better options on Booking.com.

    Man, I was so juiced thinking I had snagged this killer deal from the agents. But nope, they straight up lied to me and didn't come through. I was totally bummed when I found out the deal wasn't what they promised. Not cool at all.

    Billing issue dispute

    My most recent experience with IHG Hotels was unfortunately not as great as I expected. The stay itself was fine, but trying to deal with a billing issue afterward has been a real headache. I asked for a refund, but the hotel didn't seem interested in helping me out. To top it off, I found out they created a rewards/membership account in my name without asking and had the wrong personal info on file. I reached out to IHG customer relations for help, asking for a copy of the info they had about me. I got an email that seemed like they understood, but when I followed up for an update, they said they couldn't assist me. The inconsistent responses and lack of interest from IHG's customer service team have been frustrating. I've told them that if I don't hear back about my information request within a week, I'll take the issue to the ICO. Hopefully, IHG will realize how serious this is and take action soon.

    Stay at a hotel in Lithonia, GA

    The hotel in Lithonia, Georgia was just alright, not the cleanest. The beds were uncomfortable and we had car break-ins with unhelpful staff. Didn't even get an email receipt. Their customer service was pretty poor.
